சென்னையை ஒட்டியுள்ள தாழம்பூர், தையூர், புதுப்பாக்கம், இள்ளலூர், திருப்போரூர், ஆலத்தூர், பையனூர் உள்ளிட்ட 10-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட கிராமங்களில் உள்ள விவசாய கிணறுகளில் இருந்து தனியார் தண்ணீர் லாரி உரிமையாளர்கள் தண்ணீர் எடுத்துவருகின்றனர். அந்த தண்ணீரை பழைய மாமல்லபுரம் சாலை மற்றும் சென்னை புறநகர் பகுதிகளில் உள்ள கம்ப்யூட்டர் நிறுவனங்கள், அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்புகள், வியாபார நிறுவனங்களுக்கு வினியோகம் செய்து வருகின்றனர்.

குறைந்த விலைக்கு எடுத்து அதிக விலைக்கு விற்பதாகவும், அனுமதியின்றி தண்ணீர் எடுப்பதாகவும் வருவாய்த்துறைக்கு புகார்கள் சென்றதால் செங்கல்பட்டு ஆர்.டி.ஓ. ஜெயசீலன் தலைமையில் திருப்போரூர் தாசில்தார் ரவிக்குமார் மற்றும் வருவாய்த்துறை அதிகாரிகள் கண்காணித்து சில நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு 5-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட லாரிகளை கைப்பற்றினர்.

வேலைநிறுத்தம்

அந்த லாரிகளை விடுவிக்கக்கோரி தென்சென்னை தண்ணீர் லாரி உரிமையாளர்கள் சங்கம் சார்பில் கடந்த 5-ந் தேதி வருவாய்த்துறையினருடன் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தினர். இதில் எந்த முடிவும் ஏற்படாததால் 6-ந் தேதி முதல் தண்ணீர் லாரி உரிமையாளர்கள் சங்கத்தினர் வேலைநிறுத்த போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டனர்.

இதனால் ஆயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட லாரிகள் சிறுசேரி முதல் செம்மஞ்சேரி வரை சர்வீஸ் சாலையில் வரிசையாக நிறுத்திவைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. தண்ணீர் லாரி உரிமையாளர்கள் போராட்டத்தால் சென்னை புறநகர் பகுதி, பழைய மாமல்லபுரம் சாலையில் உள்ள 50-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட கம்ப்யூட்டர் நிறுவனங்கள் மட்டுமின்றி 2 லட்சத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்புகளில் வசிக்கும் மக்கள் தண்ணீர் இல்லாமல் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

முடிவுகாண வேண்டும்

3-வது நாளாக தொடரும் இந்த போராட்டத்தால் தண்ணீர் இல்லாமல் கம்ப்யூட்டர் நிறுவனங்களை மூடும் சூழ்நிலை ஏற்பட்டு உள்ளது. அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்புகளில் வசிப்பவர்கள் தண்ணீர் கிடைக்காமல் திண்டாடி வருகின்றனர். பேராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ள தண்ணீர் லாரி உரிமையாளர்களிடம் அதிகாரிகள் யாரும் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தவில்லை என்று கூறப்படுகிறது.

இந்த போராட்டம் தொடர்ந்தால் சென்னை புறநகர் பகுதி மக்கள் கடுமையாக பாதிக்கப்படுவதுடன், கம்ப்யூட்டர் நிறுவனங்களும் பெரும் பாதிப்புக்குள்ளாகும் என தெரிகிறது. எனவே உடனடியாக இதற்கு ஒரு தீர்வுகாண நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டுமென அந்த பகுதியினர் எதிர்பார்க்கின்றனர்.

Trapped in debt, professor lands in Lucknow jail

Money lender transfers promissory notes to gang in U.P.

A senior professor of Madras Medical College has reportedly been languishing in a Lucknow jail for the past 13 days after he borrowed Rs. 20 lakh from a local money lender in Chennai on ‘kanduvatti’ (usurious rate of interest). M. Sudheer (57), a resident of TTK Salai, Alwarpet, is a professor of Orthopaedics at the Institute of Orthopaedics and Traumatology. Doctors’ associations in the State have demanded a fair investigation by an independent agency, such as the CBI or the CB-CID, to get him released.

In 2011, Dr. Sudheer reportedly borrowed Rs. 20 lakh from a money lender, M. Kamaraj of Purasawalkam, to meet the expenses towards his children’s education and for building a house. He gave blank cheques and promissory notes to the money lender.

The money was borrowed at an interest rate of 5% per month. Dr. Sudheer paid the interest till 2013. During 2014-2016, he remitted Rs. 80,000 as interest every month to the bank account of the money lender. He also paid Rs. 1.20 lakh in cash towards the principal every month. However, the lender allegedly prepared false documentation claiming the professor had borrowed Rs. 40 lakh and demanded that he pay up the amount.

Last May, the professor lodged a police complaint at the Teynampet police station against the money lender, alleging that he had threatened him and his family members. The case was forwarded by a Metropolitan Magistrate Court for investigation on December 15.

Notes manipulated

Meanwhile, Dr. Sudheer’s family claimed Kamaraj transferred the blank cheques and promissory notes to a gang in Lucknow. The members — Sarfroz, Piyush and Sachin Tandon — manipulated the promissory notes and blank cheques and filed a false case against Dr. Sudheer in the Aliganj police station, Lucknow.

The complainant, Sarfroz, claimed that the professor had taken Rs. 1 crore for securing permission to start a medical college, but failed to repay the amount.

The Uttar Pradesh police obtained a warrant and arrested Dr. Sudheer in the city on February 24. He was produced before the Magistrate Court at Saidapet which granted a transit remand.

A police party reportedly took him to Lucknow in a flight and proceeded first to Sarfroz’s house.

The gang members in Lucknow had been repeatedly threatening the family to pay up Rs. 40 lakh since then. However, when the family was not able to meet their demand, Dr. Sudheer was taken to a police station and then lodged in a Lucknow jail.

Dr. Sudheer’s wife K. Gayathri Devi took up the issue with State Home Secretary Niranjan Mardi, requesting him to take steps to ensure that the due legal procedure is followed and sought the release of her husband.

Says no further interim order need to be passed

The First Bench of the Madras High Court on Tuesday clarified that its interim order dated February 27, granting exemption to students of linguistic minority schools from taking compulsory Tamil language paper in the Class X board examinations for the current academic year, will apply only to the students who have sought such exemption.

Making it clear that the court cannot help the students or the institutions, who have not yet applied to the authorities concerned, seeking such exemption, the Bench of Acting Chief Justice Huluvadi G. Ramesh and M. Sundar said, “We make it clear that the authorities would exercise discretion and consider the applications filed after February 27, in accordance with law and take a decision whether or not to grant exemption.”

The counsels for the minority institutions pleaded with the court to grant a blanket order exempting all the students, irrespective of whether or not they have made applications, seeking exemption from taking the Tamil language paper.

However, the Bench said, “The interim order passed on February 27 has taken adequate care of the anxieties and apprehensions that were expressed. Such apprehensions have also been put to rest as 2,939 students have already been granted exemption through the government order issued by the School Education Department dated March 3. No further interim order need to be passed in these petitions.”

Contempt of court

Noting that the validity of the Tamil Nadu Tamil Learning Act-2006, which mandates taking Tamil language paper in the board examination, has already been upheld by the Supreme Court, the Bench added that any further dilution of the Act would amount to contempt of the Apex Court’s findings by this court.

The Bench then directed the registry to post the petitions in the usual course for further hearing.

In 2016, the High Court granted similar relief to over 4,000 students of such intuitions. .

Certain schools run by the Central government like Navodaya Vidyalaya, Sainik schools and Kendriya Vidyalayas were given exemption.

The government showed little interest in framing Rules to implement the Act and after six years after the Act came into force rules were framed.

Assailing the decision, over from 350 minority educational institutions, including Muslim educational institutions approached the high court for relief.

Several important positions are held as in-charge

Several key posts in Health department have remained vacant or held as in-charge for many months. These include the post of the Director of Medical Education (DME), Director of Medical and Rural Services (DMS) and Deans of medical colleges.

The posts have been held by doctors as in-charge posts. The DMS post, vacant for over a year, is being held as in-charge by K. Senguttuvan, but the post of Additional DMS for rural service has been vacant for almost a year.

An official in a district headquarters hospital said ever since the former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa was hospitalised routine administrative work had been neglected.

In Chennai, three of the four medical colleges do not have a dean.

The post has been vacant since November in Madras Medical College, Stanley Medical College and the Omandurar Medical College.

Professional administrator

The government has installed the heads of various departments as in-charge. But doctors say the hospitals attached to medical colleges need a professional administrator.

The Kilpauk Medical College has a dean, but he is also in-charge of the Directorate of Medical Education and officiates as the Dean of Omandurar Medical College.

“An in-charge dean is only a temporary head and there is always uncertainty. Besides, in-charge heads are already heads of their units in another department and have to manage work load in their department. Whereas a permanent dean will be completely involved only in administrative work,” explained a doctor.

Usually, the post of deans for Chennai hospitals/colleges is allotted to senior-most doctors. “The GHs in the city are large with multiple problems, so the senior-most doctors are appointed. But, as most of these doctors get the posting at the end of their career, sometimes they are in the hospital for as little as six months. So the hospitals do not benefit from their experience,” a doctor pointed out.

Tamil Nadu Government Doctors Association President K. Senthil said: “The key posts of deans, additional deans, DMS and DME are essential to effectively run the directorates.

The post of DMS has been vacant for over a year and the post of ADMS has been vacant for almost a year.”

‘Orders on the way’

R. Narayana Babu, in-charge DME, said the government was aware of the issue and that within a week the deans would be appointed. “It is in the stage of issuing government orders confirming the postings. The deans would be posted from other districts,” he said.

சென்னை எழும்பூரில் இருந்து குருவாயூர் செல்லும் விரைவு ரயிலின் முன்பதிவு இருக்கை வசதி பெட்டிகளில் எண்கள் இல்லாததால் பயணிகள் குழப்பத்துக்கும் அவதிக்கும் ஆளாகின்றனர்.
குருவாயூர் விரைவு தினசரி சென்னை எழும்பூரில் இருந்து இயக்கப்படுகிறது. முதலில் இந்த ரயில் கேரளத் தலைநகரான திருவனந்தபுரத்துக்கும் குருவாயூருக்கும் இடையே இயக்கப்பட்டது.
பின்னர் படிப்படியாக நாகர்கோவில், மதுரை, சென்னை எழும்பூர் வரை நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டது. கடந்த 2013- 2014 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான ரயில்வே நிதிநிலை அறிக்கையில் இந்த விரைவு ரயிலின் இணைப்பாக மதுரை-தூத்துக்குடி இடையே இணைப்பு ரயில் இயக்கப்படும் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து, தமிழகத்தின் முக்கிய நகரங்களை கேரளத்தின் திருவனந்தபுரம், கொச்சி ஆகிய நகரங்களோடு இணைக்கிறது. இந்த ரயில் நாகர்கோவில், திருநெல்வேலி, மதுரை, திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி ஆகிய நகரங்களை பகல் நேரத்தில் சென்னையோடு இணைக்கிறது.
சென்னை எழும்பூரிலிருந்து காலை 8.15 மணிக்குப் புறப்பட்டு மறுநாள் காலை 5.50 மணிக்கு குருவாயூர் சென்றடைகிறது.
குழப்பமான வரிசை எண்கள்: குருவாயூர் விரைவு ரயிலில் முன்பதிவு இருக்கை வசதி கொண்ட பெட்டிகளும் உள்ளன. இந்தப் பெட்டிகளில் இருக்கை எண்கள் இல்லாமலும், வரிசை எண்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்டும் இருக்கிறது. இதன் காரணமாக பயணிகள் தங்களது முன்பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட இருக்கையைக் கண்டுபிடித்து உட்காருவதற்குள் அவதிக்குள்ளாகின்றனர். அதிலும், ரயிலில் வரும் முதியவர்கள் தங்களது இருக்கையைத் தேடுவதற்குள் ரயில் தாம்பரத்தைத் தாண்டிவிடுகிறது. ரயில் பயண்ச் சீட்டு பரிசோதகரும் செங்கல்பட்டு ரயில் நிலையம் வந்த பின்தான் சோதனைக்கே வருகிறார். அதற்குள் முன்பதிவுப் பெட்டியில் பயணிகளிடையே பெரும் கூச்சலும் குழப்பமும் ஏற்படுகிறது. எனவே, சரியான விவரங்களுடன் கூடிய வரிசை எண்களை இருக்கைகளில் வைக்க வேண்டும் என பயணிகள் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளனர்.
குருவாயூர் விரைவு ரயிலில் அனைத்துப் பெட்டிகளும் "பயோ டாய்லெட்' வசதி கொண்டதாக மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆனால், அவற்றை சரியாகப் பராமரிக்காததால் துர்நாற்றம் வீசுவதாகவும் பயணிகள் புகார் தெரிவிக்கின்றனர்.
இது குறித்து தெற்கு ரயில்வே உயர் அதிகாரி கூறியது: புதிய பெட்டிகள் குருவாயூர் விரைவு ரயிலில் இணைக்கப்பட்டதால் இத்தகைய தவறு நேர்ந்துள்ளது. விரைவில் இந்தத் தவறுகள் சரி செய்யப்படும் என்றார் அவர்.

பழுதடைந்துள்ள ஸ்கேனர் கருவி !

எழும்பூர் ரயில் நிலையத்துக்கு வரும் வாகனங்களை முழுமையாகச் சோதனை செய்வதற்கு, அங்குள்ள நுழைவு வாயில் தரைப் பகுதியில் அதிநவீன ஸ்கேனர் கருவிகள் இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு பொருத்தப்பட்டன.
ஆனால் இந்த ஸ்கேனர் கருவிகள் பராமரிக்கப்படாமல், உடைந்து போய் இப்போது காட்சியளிக்கின்றன.
எழும்பூர் ரயில் நிலையத்தில் ஸ்கேனர் கருவி வைக்கப்பட்டதன் நோக்கம் வாகனங்கள் உள்ளே நுழையும்போது, முழுமையாக ஸ்கேன் செய்யப்பட்டு விடும். விமான நிலையங்கள், முக்கிய ரயில் நிலையங்களில் இந்த ஸ்கேனர் கருவிகள் ஏற்கெனவே அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. எழும்பூர் ரயில் நிலையத்துக்கு நாள் ஒன்றுக்கு 10 ஆயிரம் வாகனங்கள் வந்து செல்வது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
எப்படி இயங்கும்?: எழும்பூர் ரயில் நிலையத்துக்குள் வாகனங்கள் நுழையும்போது தரையில் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள மூன்று சிசிடிவி கேமராக்களும் இயக்கப்படும்.
அவற்றில் ஒன்று ஓட்டுநரின் முகத்தையும் மற்றொன்று கார் பதிவு எண்ணையும் மூன்றாவது கேமரா காரின் அடிப்பகுதி முழுவதையும் ஸ்கேன் செய்யும்.
இவ்வாறு கார் ஸ்கேன் செய்யப்படுவதை, அதனுடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள கம்ப்யூட்டர் திரை மூலம் ரயில்வே பாதுகாப்புப்படையினர் கண்காணிப்பர். இப்போது இந்தக் கருவி பழுதடைந்துள்ளதால் ரயில் நிலையத்தின் பாதுகாப்புக் கேள்விக்குறியாகியுள்ளது.

பிரபலமடையாத நல்ல திட்டம்

அண்மையில் ஒருநாள் அதிகாலை புறப்பட்டு நான் காரில் சென்னைக்கு சென்றுகொண்டிருந்தபோது காலை உணவிற்காக ஒரு ஹோட்டல் வாசலில் இறங்கினேன். அருகில் நிறுத்தப்பட்டிருந்த காரில் ஒருவர் இருந்தார். வெளியே கார் அருகில் அவரையே பார்த்தபடி ஒரு மூதாட்டி நின்றிருந்தார்.
காரில் இருந்தவர் சில மாத்திரைகளைக் கையில் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு பின் அவற்றை மொத்தமாக வாயில் போட்டு தண்ணீரை ஊற்றிக் குடித்துவிட்டு காரிலிருந்து உணவகத்திற்குப் புறப்பட்டார். அப்பொழுது தன் மணிபர்சிலிருந்து 50 ரூபாயை அந்த மூதாட்டியிடம் கொடுத்து ’நீ மாத்திரை வாங்கிக்கொள்' என்று கூறினார்.
அத்துடன் அவர் இன்னொரு செய்தியை அந்த மூதாட்டியிடம் கூறினார். ’பிரதம மந்திரியின் மக்கள் மருந்தகச் சேவைப்பிரிவு இங்கு எங்காவது இருக்கும் அங்கு சென்று மருந்துகளை வாங்கினால் மிகவும் குறைந்த விலையில் கிடைக்கும்' என்று கூறிவிட்டுப் புறப்பட்டார்.
நான் அந்த மூதாட்டி அருகில் சென்று ’உங்களுக்கு என்ன மாத்திரை வேண்டும்' என்று கேட்டேன். ’நான் ஒரு நீரிழிவு நோயாளி, எனக்கு அதற்கான மாத்திரை தேவை. அதனை வாங்குவதற்கு வழியில்லாமல்தான் இந்த இடத்தில் காரில் வருபவர்களிடம் எதாவது பணம் கிடைக்காதா என்று இங்கு வருகிறேன்' என்று கூறினார்.
அந்த மூதாட்டியின் நிலை என்னை ஏதோ செய்து கொண்டே இருந்தது. அடுத்த வாரத்திலேயே தில்லி செல்ல வேண்டியிருந்தது. அப்படி தில்லியில் இருந்தபோது என் நண்பர் ஒருவரைச் சந்திக்க தொலைபேசியில் தொடர்புகொண்டேன். அவர் நான் தங்கி இருந்த விருந்தினர் இல்லம் வந்தார்.
அவருடன் இன்னொரு நண்பரை அழைத்துவந்தார். அவரை என்னிடம் அறிமுகம் செய்து வைத்தார். அறிமுகத்திற்குப்பின் அவர் என்னிடம் ஒரு வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்தார். 2008-ஆம் ஆண்டு துவங்கப்பட்ட ஏழைகளுக்கான அற்புதமான மருந்தகத் திட்டம் இன்னும் அந்த ஏழைகளை எட்டிப்பார்க்கவே இல்லை. எவ்வளவோ முயற்சிகள் மேற்கொண்டும் எட்ட வேண்டிய இலக்கை நாங்கள் எட்டவில்லை என்று ஆதங்கப்பட்டு கூறினார்.
எனக்கு அப்போது நான் சந்தித்த மூதாட்டியின் முகம் என் கண்முன் வந்தது. அந்தக் கதையை அவரிடம் கூறினேன். உடனே அவர் ’இந்த மாதிரி ஏழைகளுக்குத்தான் இந்தத் திட்டம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது' என்றார்.
இந்தத் திட்டம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டு பல ஆண்டுகள் செயல்படாமலே இருந்து, தற்போது புதிய வடிவம் பெற்றுள்ளதை விளக்கினார். இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் பெயர் பிரதம மந்திரியின் மக்கள் மருந்தக சேவை வளர்திட்டம்.
இதை மாநில அரசுகள் எல்லா மருத்துவமனைகளிலும் ஆரம்பித்து ஏழைகளுக்கு உதவலாம், அதேபோல் மருத்துவர்கள், தொண்டு நிறுவனங்கள், தன்னார்வலர்கள் என அனைவரும் இந்தத் திட்டத்தில் இணைந்து ஏழைகளின் துயர் துடைக்கப் பணி செய்யலாம்.
இதனை ஒரு சமூகச் சேவையாகச் செய்யலாம். அதே நேரத்தில் இதில் ஒரு வணிகமும் இருக்கின்றது. இந்த மக்கள் மருந்தகத்தை ஆரம்பித்து நடத்துபவர்களுக்கு 20%-லிருந்து 30%-வரை லாபம் கிடைக்கவும் வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்தத் திட்டத்தில் இணைந்து இந்த மக்கள் மருந்தகத்தை துவக்க எண்ணுபவர்களுக்கு ரூ.2.50 லட்சம் வரை அரசு நிதி உதவி அளிக்கின்றது. இதன் மூலமாக சேவையும் செய்யலாம், லாபமும் ஈட்டலாம்.
இந்த மருந்தகத்தில் 800 மருந்துகள் வரை இன்று விற்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த ஆண்டு எல்லா மருந்தகங்களிலும் 1000 மருந்து வகைகள் கிடைக்கும் வகையில் ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இதற்குத் தேவை ஒரு இடம், அதற்கான லைசென்ஸ் இவை இரண்டும்தாம். இருந்தால் உடனே மனுச் செய்து பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.
இந்தச் சேவையை விரிவுபடுத்த மத்திய அரசு ஒரு நிர்வாகக் கட்டமைப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. அந்த நிர்வாகக் கட்டமைப்பை தனி நிறுவனமாகப் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டு, மக்கள் மருந்தகங்கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இந்தத் திட்டம் என்பது 2008-ஆம் ஆண்டே துவங்கப்பட்டது. எனினும் எந்தவித முன்னேற்றமும் ஏற்படவில்லை.
நரேந்திர மோடி அரசு பதவி ஏற்றவுடன் ஏழைகளுக்கான திட்டங்களை வடிவமைத்தபோது, கிடப்பில் போடப்பட்ட இந்தத் திட்டத்தை எடுத்து புதுப்பொலிவுடன் புதுப்பெயரிட்டு நாடு முழுவதும் இந்த மருந்தகங்களை உருவாக்கி ஏழைகள் பயன் அடைய முயன்று வருகின்றார்.
இன்று லட்சோப லட்சம் ஏழை எளிய மக்கள் மருத்துவச் செலவின் சுமையை தாங்க முடியாமல் பரிதவித்துக் கொண்டுள்ளனர். ஏனென்றால் மருந்துகளின் விலை என்பது கட்டுக்கடங்காமல் செல்லும் காலத்தில் இப்படியொரு திட்டம் என்பது ஏழைகளுக்குக் கிடைத்த வரப்பிரசாதம்.
இதனை எடுத்துச் சென்று மக்களுக்குச் சேவை செய்ய முன் வரும் எவருக்கும் உதவிட மத்திய அரசால் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள புதிய BPPI என்ற அமைப்பு தயாராக உள்ளது. இந்தத் திட்டம் மக்களுக்குச் செல்ல வேண்டும் என்று நாம் எண்ணினால், நாம் எந்த மருத்துவமனைக்குச் சென்றாலும் எங்கே மக்கள் மருந்தகம் என்று கேட்க வேண்டும்.
அந்த மருந்தகம் வந்தால் நாம் இன்று செலவழிக்கும் தொகையில் 80% பணத்தைச் சேமிக்கலாம். தமிழகத்திலுள்ள அனைத்து அரசு மருத்துவமனைகளிலும், தனியார் மருத்துவமனைகளிலும் இதை ஆரம்பிக்கலாம். எல்லா தொண்டு நிறுவனங்களும் இதை ஆரம்பித்து ஏழைகளுக்கு உதவலாம்.
இந்த ஏழைகளுக்கான மக்கள் மருந்தகத் திட்டத்தை மறைத்தே வைத்திருக்கின்றார்கள். முதலில் உடனே எல்லா அரசு மருத்துவமனைகளிலும் மக்கள் மருந்தகம் அமைக்க அரசை வற்புறுத்த வேண்டும். அப்போதுதான் ஏழைகளுக்கான இத் திட்டம் ஏழைகளை சென்றடையும்.

திருச்சியில் பழனிசாமி அரசு விழா : தூங்கி வழிந்த எம்.எல்.ஏ.,க்கள்

திருச்சி: திருச்சியில் நேற்று, முதல்வர் பழனிசாமி விழாவில், எம்.எல்.ஏ.,க்கள் துாங்கி வழிந்தனர்.திருச்சி, தஞ்சை, புதுக்கோட்டை உள்ளிட்ட, எட்டு மாவட்டங்களில், நலத்திட்ட பணிகள் துவக்க விழா நேற்று, திருச்சி அரசு மருத்துவ கல்லுாரி வளாகத்தில் நடந்தது.

 முதல்வர் பழனிசாமி, திட்டங்களை துவக்கி வைத்து, பயனாளிகளுக்கு நலத்திட்ட உதவிகள் வழங்கி பேசினார்.

வாசிக்க திணறல் : விழாவில், எழுதி வைத்து படித்த முதல்வர் பழனிசாமி, தமிழில் எழுதியிருந்ததை கூட படிக்க முடியாமல், வார்த்தைகள் உச்சரிப்பில் திணறினார். ஜெயலலிதாவின் சாதனைகளை குறிப்பிட்டு பேசும் போது, மேடையில் இருந்த அமைச்சர்கள் மட்டும் கைதட்டினர்.அறந்தாங்கி, மணப்பாறை எம்.எல்.ஏ.,க்கள் கண்ணயர்ந்தனர். அமைச்சர், ஓ.எஸ்.மணியன் துாக்கத்தை அடக்க முடியாமல், திண்டாடினார்.
மரியாதை இல்லை : முதல்வரை வரவேற்கும் வகையில், திருச்சியில் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த பேனர், போஸ்டர்களில், ஜெ., சசிகலா, தினகரன் படங்கள் பெரிதாக இடம் பெற்றிருந்தன. பழனிசாமி படம், போஸ்டரின் கீழே, போனால் போகிறது என்பது போல் போடப்பட்டிருந்தது.

'அழிக்க முயற்சி' : திருச்சி வரும் வழியில், நாமக்கல்லில் கட்சியினர் மத்தியில் பழனிசாமி பேசியதாவது:ஜெயலலிதா எதிர்பாராத விதமாக இயற்கை எய்திவிட்டார். அவரது ஆட்சி தற்போது அமைந்துள்ளது. அவர் கொண்டு வந்த திட்டங்களை நிறைவேற்றி, நல்லாட்சி நடத்தப்படும். சில அரசியல்வாதிகள், இந்த இயக்கத்தில் பல்வேறு பொறுப்புகளை பெற்று வளம் பெற்றவர்கள், இந்த கட்சியையும், ஆட்சியையும் அகற்ற வேண்டும்; அழிக்க வேண்டும் என துடிக்கின்றனர். அதற்கு தக்க பாடம் புகட்ட வேண்டும்.இவ்வாறு அவர் பேசினார்.
