'மலேசியா டூ லண்டன்... விமானத்தில் பறந்த முதலைக்குட்டிகள்..!''

லண்டன் ஹித்ரு விமான நிலையத்துக்கு மலேசியாவில் இருந்து ஓர் சரக்கு விமானம் சென்றது. அந்த விமானம் லண்டன் ஹித்ரு விமான நிலையத்தில் தரை இறங்கியதும், அங்கு வழக்கம்போல சுங்கத்துறை அதிகாரிகள் அந்த விமானத்தில் இருந்த சரக்கு பெட்டிகளை ஆய்வு செய்து விமானநிலையத்தில் உள்ள குடோனுக்கு அனுப்பிக் கொண்டு இருந்தனர். இந்நிலையில், அங்கிருந்த மரத்தாலான ஐந்து பெட்டிகளுக்குள் இருந்து வித்தியாசமான சத்தம் வந்தது. அதனால், சந்தேகம் அடைந்த அதிகாரிகள், அந்தப் பெட்டியை உடைத்து ஆய்வு செய்ய மேலதிகாரிகளிடம் உத்தரவு பெற்றனர். அதன்பின்னர், அந்தப் பெட்டிகள் உடைக்கப்பட்டது. அப்போது அவர்கள் அதிர்ச்சி அடைந்தனர். ஒவ்வொரு பெட்டிக்குள்ளும் தலா 10 வீதம் 49 முதலைக்குட்டிகள் உயிருடன் இருந்தன. ஒரு முதலைக்குட்டி இறந்த நிலையில் கிடந்தது.



இதுகுறித்து விமான நிலையத்தின் அதிகாரிகள் கூறுகையில், ''இந்த முதலைகளுக்கு ஒரு வயது இருக்கும். இது கடல் நீர் முதலைகள். சிறிய பெட்டி என்பதாலும் நீண்ட தூர பயணத்தினாலும் பசி எடுத்து அவை அங்கும் இங்கும் செல்ல முயன்றிருக்கும்; குரல் எழுப்பி இருக்கும். அவைகளுக்குள் சண்டை போட்டதாலும் அதன் கோபக் குரல் அதிகமாகி வெளியே கேட்டிருக்கலாம். முதலைக் குட்டிகள் உயிரோடு விமானத்தில் கடத்தி வரப்பட்டது ஹித்ரு விமான நிலைய அதிகாரிகளை அதிர்ச்சியில் ஆழ்த்தி உள்ளது. இது மிகவும் கவலை அளிக்கிறது'' என்றார்கள்.

நீட் தேர்வு..! கடுமையான சோதனைகளுடன் மாணவர்கள் தேர்வு அறைக்கு அனுமதி

நீட் தேர்வு எழுதவுள்ள மாணவர்களில் ஏ-பிரிவு ஹால் டிக்கெட் பெற்றவர்கள் தேர்வு மையங்களுக்குள் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டனர்.



மருத்துவப் படிப்புக்கான நுழைவுத் தேர்வான நீட் தேர்வு நாடு முழுவதும் இன்று நடைபெறுகிறது. இந்த‍த் தேர்வை நாடு முழுவதும் சுமார் 13 லட்சம் மாணவ, மாணவிகள் எழுதுகின்றனர். இந்த‍த் தேர்வுக்காக நாடு முழுவதும் 2,255 தேர்வுக் கூடங்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. மாணவ, மாணவிகளுக்கான ஹால் டிக்கெட் ஏ-பிரிவு, பி-பிரிவு என்று வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.



ஏ-பிரிவு மாணவர்கள் காலை 7.30 மணி முதல் தேர்வு அறைக்கு அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டுவருகின்றனர். காதணிகள், கொலுசுகள் அணிந்திருந்த மாணவிகள், அவற்றை கழற்றிய பின்னரே தேர்வு அறைக்குள் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டனர். மாணவர்களுக்கான சோதனைகள் கடுமையாக நடைபெற்றுவருகிறது.

(ஆங்கிலத்தில் தேர்வெழுதும் CBSE மாணவர்கள் 200 பேர் மட்டும் ராஜஸ்தான் மையங்களில் எழுதுகின்றனர்....

அடுத்த வருடம் தமிழ்நாட்டில் தான் நாட்டிலேயே அதிக நீட் தேர்வு மையங்கள் இருக்கும் ஏனென்றால் மற்ற மாநிலங்களை ஒப்பிடும்போது தமிழக மாணவர்கள் இயல்பாகவே திறமையானவர்கள் எனவே அடுத்த வருடம் இன்னும் அதிக மாணவர்கள் எழுதுவார்கள்...

Chennai: Senior minister D. Jayakumar on Saturday blamed the CBSE for the Neet fiasco that forced almost 5000 candidates of Tamil Nadu to take the exams in other states, some of them as far away as Rajasthan.

“It’s all the fault and shortcoming of the CBSE. They did not inform Tamil Nadu Government of their requirement of exam centres in proper time for us to make the arrangements”, the minister told reporters even as the Opposition parties, educationists and the student community slammed his government for the misery caused to the candidates made to take their test on Sunday outside TN.

CBSE officials however maintained that the state government did not fulfil its obligation towards the students by taking measures to have its education department coordinate with the Central Board to ensure all the Tamil Nadu candidates found centres within the state.

One CBSE official, however, said it is not uncommon for candidates from one state to take the exam in another state since not all states have enough centres to accommodate all their candidates.

“Both the CBSE and the state government are villains in this tragedy”, said a senior official of a CBSE school, wishing anonymity.
