எதையும் முறைப்படி செய்வது நல்லது. முதலில் எப்படியாவது தொழில் தொடங்கினால் போதும் என்று இருக்கும். பிறகு பார்த்துக்கொள்ளலாம் என்ற மனோபாவம் மேலோங்கி நிற்கும். குறிப்பாக இரண்டு விஷயங்களில் தவறு செய்ய வாய்ப்புகள் உள்ளன.

தடபுடலான தொடக்கம்

ஒன்று உங்கள் தொழில் பற்றிய சட்ட திட்டங்களைத் தெரிந்துகொள்ளாமல் இருப்பது. அதற்கான ஆவணங்களைச் சரியாகப் பெறாமல் இருப்பது. இப்போதைக்கு இது போதும் என முடிவெடுத்துச் செயல்பட ஆரம்பிக்கும்போது திடீரென ஒரு நோட்டீஸ் வந்து உங்களுக்கு பிரச்சினையை ஏற்படுத்தலாம்.

நண்பர் ஒருவர் சென்னையின் மிக நவ நாகரிகப் பகுதி ஒன்றில் ஒரு குளிர்பானக் கடை தொடங்கத் திட்டமிட்டார். ஒரு முக்கியச் சாலையில், ஒரு வீட்டின் முன் பகுதியை வாடகைக்கு எடுத்தார். வீட்டுக்காரருக்கும் அரசாங்கம் மற்றும் அரசியல் வட்டாரத்தில் மிகுந்த செல்வாக்கானவர். பல ஆண்டுகளாக அங்கு இருப்பதால் மிகவும் பிரபலமானவரும்கூட. நல்ல வாடகை, அதிகச் சிக்கல் இல்லாத தொழில், படித்தவர் ஆரம்பிக்கிறார் என்று முழு ஆதரவு தந்தார். நண்பரும் மொத்த முதலீடும் செய்தார். இதற்காக வீட்டை மாற்றி, கடை அருகிலேயே புது வீடு புகுந்தார். தடபுடலாக நண்பர்களை அழைத்துத் தொழில் தொடங்கினார்.

இரண்டுமே கடினம்தான்!

சரியாக மூன்றாம் நாள் மாநகராட்சி ஆட்கள் வந்தார்கள். குடும்பங்கள் வாழும் பகுதியில் கடை நடத்த ஆட்சேபம் தெரிவித்து அங்கிருந்த குடியிருப்போர் சங்கம் புகார் தெரிவித்திருந்தது. சாலை நடை பாதை ஆக்கிரமிப்பு உட்படப் பல பிரிவுகளில் புகார்கள் இருந்தன. விசாரிக்கையில் அந்த வீடே அனுமதியின்றி விதிகள் மீறிக் கட்டப்பட்டிருந்தது தெரியவந்தது. நண்பரும் வீட்டுக்காரரும் நடையாய் நடந்தார்கள். எல்லா வழிகளிலும் முயன்றார்கள். பின்னணியில் வீட்டுக்காரருக்கு ஆகாத ஒரு காவல்துறை அதிகாரி செயல்படுவது தெரிந்தது. எதுவாயிருப்பின் என்ன? நண்பர் கடையை மூடினார். பெருத்த நஷ்டம். பின்னர் அதேபோல இடம் தேடி, குடும்பத்தைப் பழைய இடத்துக்கு மாற்றுவதற்குள் உயிர் போய் உயிர் வந்தது.

நீங்கள் தொழில் செய்ய யாருடைய ஆட்சேபணையும் இருக்கக் கூடாது. குறிப்பாக நீங்கள் சிறு தொழில் தொடங்குபவராகவோ அல்லது முதல் முறை தொழில் தொடங்குபவராகவோ இருந்தால் ஒரு முறைக்குப் பல முறை அனைத்தும் சரியாக உள்ளனவா என்று பார்த்துப் பின் முதலிடுவது நல்லது.

இந்தியாவில் தொழில் தொடங்குவது, அதைத் தொடர்ந்து நடத்துவது இரண்டுமே கடினமான காரியங்கள். Ease of Doing Business Index என்று ஒன்று உண்டு. எந்தெந்த நாடுகளில் தொழில் தொடங்குவது, நடத்துவது எளிது என்ற பட்டியல் இது. 160 நாடுகள் கொண்ட பட்டியலில் இந்தியா 130-ம் இடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது. இப்போது புரிகிறதா இங்கு தொழில் செய்ய ஏன் இவ்வளவு சிரமங்கள் என்று?

ஆவணங்களைப் பாதுகாக்கவும்

அதனால் தொழில் தொடங்குவதற்கு முன் அனைத்து அரசாங்க சட்டத் திட்டங்கள் அறிந்து தகுந்த ஆவணங்கள் பெறுதல் முக்கியம். அதே போல என்னென்ன மாதாந்தர வருடாந்தர அறிக்கைகள் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் தெரிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள். அலுவலகத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டிய சான்றிதழ்கள் என்னென்ன? தொழிலாளர் வருகைப்பதிவு போன்றவை நமக்காக மட்டுமல்ல. தொழிலாளர் நலத் துறை அதிகாரிகள் வந்து சோதனையிடலாம். அதனால் தேவைப்படும் அனைத்து ஆவணங்களையும் சரிவரப் பாதுகாத்துச் சமர்ப்பிப்பது நல்லது.

சட்டத்துக்குச் சின்ன வகையில்கூடப் புறம்பாகச் செயல்படாமல் இருப்பது நல்லது மட்டுமல்ல, புத்திசாலித்தனமும்கூட.

அடுத்த விஷயம், நிதி தொடர்பானது. உங்கள் வியாபாரத்துக்கான முதலீடு எங்கிருந்து வந்தது என்பது முதல் நிதி தொடர்பான எல்லாப் பரிமாற்றங்களையும் தகுந்த ஆதாரத்துடன் ஆவணப்படுத்துங்கள். வரி ஏய்ப்பு செய்யக் கறுப்பு பணத்தில் பரிமாற்றங்கள் நடத்தினால் என்றுமே ஆபத்துதான்.

பலர் தங்கள் லாபத்தைக் குறைத்துக் காண்பிப்பதையும், வங்கிக் கணக்குக்குப் பணம் வராமல் பார்த்துக்கொள்வதையும் சாமர்த்தியம் என்று நினைக்கின்றனர். இது குறுகிய காலச் சிந்தனை. உங்கள் வியாபாரத்தைப் பெருக்க நினைத்தால் இது உதவாது.

நீங்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும் கணக்கில் கொண்டுவந்து, உங்கள் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் பணம் இருந்து, லாபக் கணக்கு எழுதினால் தான் உங்கள் நிறுவனத்தின் மதிப்பீடு பெருகும். வங்கிக் கடன் தாராளமாகக் கிடைக்கும். வெளி முதலீட்டாளர்கள் வருவார்கள். உங்கள் தொழில் பெருகும்.

நாணயமாக இருந்து என்ன பயன்?

ஆனால், குறுகிய காலத்தில் வரிகள் உங்களை வாட்டியெடுக்கலாம். பணத் தட்டுப்பாடு வரலாம். உங்கள் நலம் விரும்பிகள் ‘பேசாமல் கறுப்பில் பரிமாற்றம் செய்’ என்பார்கள். இவ்வளவு நாணயமாக இருந்து என்ன பயன் என்று உங்களுக்கே தோன்றலாம்.

இதே அளவில் தொழிலில் இயங்க இந்தச் சிந்தனை உதவலாம். பன்மடங்காகப் பெருக உதவாது. வங்கிகள், வெளி முதலீட்டாளர்கள், தொழில் துறை நண்பர்கள் உங்கள் தொழிலைப் பரிசீலனை செய்ய உங்களுக்குப் போதிய சான்றுகள் வேண்டும்.

99 சதவீதத்தினர் தங்கள் வியாபாரத்தைத் தக்கவைத்துக்கொள்ள முயல்கின்றனர் அல்லது ஓரளவுக்கு உயர்த்துகின்றனர். 1 சதவீதத்துக்கும் குறைவானோர்தான் வியாபாரத்தைப் பன்மடங்காகப் பெருக்குபவர்கள். அவர்கள் அரசாங்கத்தையும் நிதி நிர்வாகத்தையும் சரியாகக் கையாளத் தெரிந்தவர்கள் என்பதுதான் உண்மை.

லாபத்தை மறைத்து நஷ்டக் கணக்கு எழுதுவதை விட லாபத்தைக் காட்டித் தொழிலைப் பெருக்குவதுதான் வியாபாரச் சூட்சமம்.

நம் பெரும்பாலான வியாபாரத் தவறுகள் பயத்தாலும் பேராசையினாலும் செய்யப்படுபவை. வரி ஏய்ப்புகள், அரசாங்க விதி மீறல்கள், கறுப்புப் பண நடமாட்டம் இவை யாவும் தொழில் தொடங்குவோர் கவனமாகத் தவிர்க்க வேண்டிய தவறுகள்!

சரியான நேரத்துக்கு வந்தும் மாணவர்கள்மற்றும் பள்ளி வளர்ச்சிக்கு உதவும் ஆசிரியரை வேறு பள்ளிக்கு மாற்றுவதற்குஎதிப்பு தெரிவித்து மாணவ, மாணவிகள் வகுப்புகளை புறக்கணித்து ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டனர்.
திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்டம் பள்ளிப்பட்டு அடுத்த வெளியகரம் கிராமத்தில் அரசு உயர் நிலைப்பள்ளி உள்ளது. இங்கு, 6ம் வகுப்பு முதல் 10ம் வகுப்பு வரை 281 மாணவ, மாணவிகள் படித்து வருகின்றனர்.

தலைமை ஆசிரியர் உட்பட 23 ஆசிரியர்கள் பணியாற்றி வருகின்றனர். இங்கு, ஆங்கில ஆசிரியராக பகவான் பணியாற்றி வருகிறார். சிறப்பாக பாடம் நடத்தி வருவதால் மாணவர்கள், பெற்றோர் மத்தியில் பகவானுக்கு நல்லபெயர் உள்ளது. மேலும் மாணவர்களுக்கு புரியும் படி பாடம் நடத்துவது, பள்ளி வளர்ச்சிக்கு தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் உதவுவது என்று இருந்துள்ளார்.

இந்த சூழ்நிலையில் திருவள்ளூரில் நேற்று நடந்த ஆசிரியர் இடமாறுதல் கவுன்சலிங்கில் கலந்து ெகாள்ள அவருக்கு கடிதம் வந்தது. அதன்படி கவுன்சலிங்கில் கலந்து கொள்ள அவர் நேற்று காலை திருவள்ளூர் சென்றார். இதனால் இடமாறுதல் செய்வதற்கான வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது என்ற செய்தி ஆசிரியர்மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் மத்தியில் வேகமாக பரவியது.  இதையறிந்த பெற்றோர் மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் அதிர்ச்சியடைந்தனர்.இந்நிலையில், திடீர் என மாணவர்கள் வகுப்புகளை புறக்கணித்து, பள்ளி நுழைவாயில் முன்பு பெற்றோருடன் திரண்டு முற்றுகை போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டனர்.

  அப்போது, ‘‘ஆசிரியர் பகவானை வேறு இடத்துக்கு மாற்றக்கூடாது, மீறி மாற்றினால் பள்ளியில் இருந்து  டிசி வாங்கிக்கொண்டு வேறு பள்ளிக்கு செல்வோம்’’ என கூறி கோஷங்களை எழுப்பினர். இதுகுறித்து தகவலறிந்ததும் பள்ளிப்பட்டு தாசில்தார் தமிழ்ச்செல்வி, வருவாய் ஆய்வாளர் ஆறுமுகம் மற்றும் போலீசார் வந்து மாணவர்களிடம் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தினர். அப்போது, இந்த பிரச்னை தொடர்பாக கலெக்டரிடம் பேசி உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பதாக கூறினர்.

ஆங்கில ஆசிரியர் பகவான் சிறப்பாக பாடம் நடத்தக்கூடியவர். அவர் இந்த பள்ளியில் நிரந்தரமாக இருப்பார் என்ற ெசய்தி கிடைத்தால் தான் நாங்கள் போராட்டத்தை கைவிடுவோம்.இல்லை என்றால் வகுப்புகளை புறக்கணித்து போராட்டத்தைத்  தொடர்வோம் என கூறி மாணவர்கள் பள்ளிக்குச் ெசல்லாமல் வீட்டிற்குச் சென்றனர். மாணவர்கள், பெற்றோர்களின் 

  போராட்டத்தால் சுமார் ஒரு மணி நேரம் அப்பகுதியில் பரபரப்பு நீடித்தது.

பிரான்ஸ் நாட்டில் ரயிலில் திங்கட்கிழமையன்று பிறந்த குழந்தைக்கு 25 வயது வரை ரயிலில் இலவசமாகப் பயணிக்க அந்நாட்டு ரயில்வே சிறப்புச் சலுகை அளித்துள்ளது.

பிரான்ஸ் நாட்டின் தலைநகரான பாரீசுக்கு கர்ப்பிணி பெண் ஒருவர் நேற்று முன்தினம் (ஜூன் 18) ரயிலில் சென்றுள்ளார். ஆபேர் ரயில் நிலையத்திற்கு அருகில் ரயில் வரும்போது அவருக்குப் பிரசவ வலி ஏற்பட்டது. உடனடியாக ரயில் நிறுத்தப்பட்டு ஊழியர்களுக்குத் தகவல் அளிக்கப்பட்டது. செவிலியர்கள், காவலர்கள் மற்றும் ரயில்வே ஊழியர்கள் என சுமார் 15 பேர் அப்பெண்ணிற்கு உதவினர். இதற்காக, இருபுறங்களில் செல்லும் ரயில்கள் 45 நிமிடங்கள் நிறுத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டன. காலை 11.40 மணிக்கு அந்தப் பெண்ணுக்கு ஆண் குழந்தை பிறந்தது.

இதைத் தொடர்ந்து,தாயும் குழந்தையும் அருகில் இருந்த மருத்துவமனையில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டனர். இதையடுத்து, ரயிலில் பிறந்த குழந்தைக்குச் சிறப்புச் சலுகை அளிக்கப்பட்டது. அதாவது, அந்தக் குழந்தை 25 வயது வரை ரயிலில் இலவசமாகப் பயணம் செய்யலாம் எனத் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

இது சம்பந்தமாக, சமூக வலைதளங்களில் தாய்க்கும் பிள்ளைக்கும் வாழ்த்துகள் குவிந்து வருகின்றன.

Chennai: “The 18 MLAs are cheating the people and betraying the AIADMK after winning their seats by using the money given by TTV Dhinakaran, which he got from the loot made by Jayalalithaa”. That was a bombshell not from any opposition politician but a charge made by forest minister Dindigul C. Sreenivasan.

The ‘howler’ became a huge hit on social media and regional newspapers, besides the TV channels. The minister could not be reached on phone despite several attempts by DC to get his version on what perhaps was a ‘genuine slip of the tongue’.

Actually, the affable AIADMK functionary is not new to such very embarrassing guffaws. Sometime back, he apologised in a public meeting for wrongly claiming to have seen Jayalalithaa eating idli and chutney in her Apollo Hospital ward. “We lied that Amma ate idli and chutney in Apollo. Please forgive us, makkaley (oh, people)”, the minister had told at the Anna birth anniversary rally in Madurai last September.

In another ‘memorable’ statement around that time, Sreenivasan told a public meeting that Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam had gone to Delhi to discuss the Dengue outbreak with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

Admittedly, such minor slips are not uncommon when hardworking politicos handle too many responsibilities amid trying times. If only Amma is around, she would have made things much easier for Sreenivasan.

No more Uber, Ola in Google Maps

Along with Uber, Ola, Meru cabs’ integration support has been axed by Google in its Google Maps app. 


The featured allows a user to book the cab right from the maps app and payments were also allowed to be made without the need of installing Uber app itself.

Last year, Uber has collaborated with Google to integrate its cab services through Google Maps. It basically allowed users to book cabs right from the Google Maps app whenever they searched for a route or a destination.

So this is how it was supposedly working till date – when a user searches for any destination or direction in the Google Maps app along with the directions, the maps guide the user to reach the destination either by walking, driving, biking, riding a bike or any mass transit, however after both the companies’ collaboration, Uber used to appear as an additional option in that navigating menu. This allowed a user to book the cab right from the maps app and payments were also allowed to be made without the need of installing Uber app itself.

And now, this feature is axed, yes Google has released a new support page mentioning this feature being removed, (first spotted by Android Police).

The page states “You can no longer book Uber rides directly in Google Maps. But you can still look up the route in the Maps app and then request the ride from the Uber app.”

Now, if the user wants to search a route and then book a cab, the Google Maps redirects into the Uber app instead of the above-stated procedure, which was actually convenient. There are currently around 17 cab riding services globally, which utilise this feature in the maps app.

As for India, along with Uber, the other ride-hailing services who utilise this feature include Ola Cabs and Meru Cabs, which also lost this support.

The reason is still not known about why Google has chosen to stop support for this handy feature globally.

CHANDIGARH: The Haryana government today decided to introduce a scheme under which an incentive of Rs 50 will be given to schoolchildren for planting trees, an official release said.

The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today to review the progress of environment-centric schemes of different government departments.

Under the new scheme, students from Classes 6 to 12 of both government and private schools will be given an incentive of Rs 50 each for every live tree planted by them every six months for a period of three years, the release said.

The students will also be provided with books about environment conservation.

The drive will be launched by the school education department on July 10 and the forest department will ensure the availability of adequate number of saplings, the release added.

There are about 22 lakh students studying from Classes 6 to 12 in the state, it said, adding that they will be motivated to plant at least one tree in their house or at a public place.

To cultivate a sense of connection, the children will be encouraged to name their trees after famous personalities or their ancestors.

The education department will submit a weekly report to the chief minister about the progress made under the scheme, the release said.

A decision to use water bottles made of glass over their plastic counterparts in the Haryana civil secretariat was also taken at the meeting.

Plastic water bottles were recently banned across all state government offices.

Reviewing the progress of 'Tooti Lagao Pani Bachao', Khattar ordered the launch of a massive drive for installation of taps in all villages where water was going waste due to open pipes, the release said.

He also directed the officials to inform the village panchayats about the wastage of water, it said.

Khattar also directed the urban local bodies department to prepare a list of plots measuring over 500 square yards, low lying plots of Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) and in areas falling under the ten municipal corporations, it said.

This list will be used for a plan under which rain water harvesting systems will be made mandatory in these plots.

A decision was also taken to replace the existing halogen, sodium vapour bulbs and tubelights in all government offices with energy efficient LED lights before August 15.
