President Ram Nath Kovind on Thursday appointed Justice S Manikumar, a judge in Madras high court, as the Chief Justice of Kerala high court with effect from the date he assumes charge of the office.
Justice Manikumar is a second generation judge; his father, Justice Samidurai, was a HC judge. Justice Manikumar has practiced for nearly 22 years in Madras HC, state and central administrative tribunals. TNN
