Sub: - Renewal for 2015-2016 -reg.
Sir/madam,
 
Institution renewal for 2015-2016 will not be considered if the institution has not submitted:
  1. Penalty for not having the own building.
  2. Teaching faculty are not uploaded.
  3. Renewal form not forwarded by State Nursing Council.
If the above 1 and 2 Sr. No. has not been compiled. The institutions are requested to submit immediately within four (4) weeks.
