HC notice to govt, dental colleges

The Kerala High Court on Monday issued notice to the State government and self-financing dental college managements on a batch of writ petitions filed by MDS course students seeking to grant them stipend for their three-year period of study and work.
According to them, though the students doing postgraduation in government dental colleges were provided stipend, students of self-financing colleges were refused stipend.
