It's important to note that Meta AI can only read and respond to messages that mention "@Meta AI". It cannot access or reply to any other messages in the group chat.

Generating AI images with Meta AI on WhatsApp

Another exciting feature of Meta AI on WhatsApp is the ability to generate images using artificial intelligence. To create an AI image:

1. Open the chat where you want to generate the image.

2. Type "@" in the message field and select "/imagine".

3. Enter a text prompt describing the image you want to create.

4. Send the message, and Meta AI will generate an image based on your prompt.

You can also update previously generated images by replying to the image message with a new text prompt.

WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption isn't applicable to conversations with Meta AI . However, you have the option to delete individual chats with AIs or request the deletion of information you previously shared with Meta AI.

Chatting with Meta AI on WhatsApp is a fun and innovative way to engage in interesting conversations, seek advice, and generate images.

Bringing the latest capabilities to Copilot for Microsoft 365 customers

Bringing the latest capabilities to Copilot for Microsoft 365 customers

By Jared Spataro, Corporate Vice President, AI at Work

April 2, 2024

With Microsoft Copilot, we are bringing the power of generative AI to everyone across work and life. And with Copilot for Microsoft 365, we are committed to making sure our commercial customers have access to the very best generative AI models and capabilities from Microsoft.

Today we are announcing two important updates for users of Copilot for Microsoft 365. First, we are bringing priority access to the GPT-4 Turbo model to work with both web and work data. We will also be removing limits on the number and length of conversations while increasing file uploads. Second, later this month we are bringing expanded image generation capabilities in Microsoft Designer to users of Copilot for Microsoft 365, including priority access during peak times.

Copilot for Microsoft 365

Discover Copilot features that work alongside you

Priority access to GPT-4 Turbo and unlimited conversations

Starting today, all licensed commercial customers will have priority access to GPT-4 Turbo in Copilot for Microsoft 365. As part of this change, we are removing the limits on the total number of chats per day and the number of turns per conversation, along with additional updates.

Together, these changes mean that customers will receive faster, more comprehensive responses whether they are using Copilot in the web context or in the work context.

In the web context, Copilot users get the power of the latest foundation models grounded in the latest public information from the web. The web context includes commercial data protection, meaning Microsoft doesn’t retain your prompts or responses, doesn’t have eyes on your prompts or responses, and doesn’t use your chat data to train the underlying foundation models—ensuring a more secure alternative to using other
public generative AI services.

The work context lets you go even further by grounding in your work data––that’s your calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings, contacts, and more––so you get contextually accurate responses. Copilot can help you quickly scan your email for important messages to prioritize, help you get ready for key meetings by pulling information from across your work, and help you ideate on the best path forward. The work context also benefits from enterprise-grade data protection, going further to ensure that your data remains within the Microsoft 365 service boundary.
Expanded image generation capabilities in Microsoft Designer

Starting next month, we’ll increase the number of image generation boosts per day from 15 to 100. Powered by the DALL-E 3 model, Microsoft Designer image generation allows users to create custom images from text descriptions, transforming written ideas into visual art. Users will be able to initiate up to 100 rapid image generation requests daily, significantly reducing waiting times for image creation and unlocking new productivity.
Harnessing the full power of Copilot

We are learning alongside our customers that AI is so much more than a new technology. It is a new way of work that gives organizations the opportunity to completely reinvent their business—rewiring everything from core processes and workflows to hiring and training the workforce of the future.

These new capabilities will be initially available in copilot.microsoft.com, followed by the Copilot mobile app, in Windows, and in Edge, as well as the places where users can access the work context directly, like in Microsoft 365. Additional details about these changes are available on the Copilot for Microsoft 365 documentation page.

Copilot for Microsoft 365 is getting ‘latest’ GPT language AI model: What it means for users

TIMESOFINDIA.COM | Apr 4, 2024, 06.51 AM IST

Microsoft has announced that it is bringing two updates for users of Copilot for Microsoft 365. These include the ability to access the latest generation of language models for generative AI and capabilities.

GPT-4 Turbo comes to Copilot for Microsoft 365Microsoft is bringing priority access to the GPT-4 Turbo model on the web and work data. This means that all licensed commercial customers will have priority access to GPT-4 Turbo in Copilot for Microsoft 365. Additionally, as a part of this change, the Windows maker is also removing the limits on the total number of chats per day and the number of turns per conversation.

“Together, these changes mean that customers will receive faster, more comprehensive responses whether they are using Copilot in the web context or in the work context,” the company said.

Copilot users will get access to the latest foundation models grounded in the latest public information from the web. The web context includes commercial data protection, which means that Microsoft won’t retain user/ business prompts or responses to train the underlying foundation models.

When it comes to work context, the model will ground the work data – calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings, contacts and more – to provide contextually accurate responses.

Expanded image generation capabilities in Microsoft DesignerStarting next month, Microsoft will also increase the number of image generation boosts per day from 15 to 100. Microsoft Designer image generation is powered by the DALL-E 3 model and enables users to create custom images from text descriptions. Users will be able to initiate up to 100 rapid image generation requests daily.

Availability

These new capabilities will be initially available in copilot.microsoft.com, followed by the Copilot mobile app, in Windows, and in Edge, as well as the places where users can access the work context directly, like in Microsoft 365.

Windows Copilot simplifies your workload with a prompt. (Express image)

Microsoft’s new Copilot AI assistant is built right into Windows 11, Microsoft Edge, and Office apps. This handy AI helper can tackle all kinds of tasks, from creative writing to coding to image generation. Let’s explore seven cool things you can do with Copilot.

Generate all kinds of text content

One of Copilot’s core capabilities is generating written content based on your prompts and instructions. If you need a short bio for a website, a draft of a blog post, or help rephrasing an email, just type out what you need, and Copilot will whip up some text for you to work with. Sure, other chatbots can do this too but where Copilot stands out is its creative, balanced, or precise tones you can pick.

Ask questions and get web-sourced answers

Copilot doesn’t just generate content – it can also answer your questions by scouring the web. That’s because it’s connected to the web and can therefore get you real-time answers grounded in current events. You can ask it questions like “How do I see the upcoming total solar eclipse,” and watch it produce highly relevant answers.

Document assistance

One of its unsung capabilities is summarising lengthy documents and reports. Whether you need to condense meeting minutes, extract key points from a contract, or get the high-level overview of a research paper, Copilot can analyse the text and provide a concise, focused summary in seconds. Just upload the file and use a prompt like “Summarise the main points from this document.”

You can get as specific as you’d like, asking Copilot to reframe summaries for certain audiences, extract particular data points, or even rewrite in your own voice and writing style. The free version allows summarising files up to 1MB, but upgrading to Copilot Pro unlocks 10MB file limits along with other premium features.

Get coding assistance

As a developer-friendly AI, Copilot really shines when it comes to coding tasks. You can ask it to write functions, explain code errors, or even translate code into different programming languages. Like for example, if you ask it to “Write a Python script to fetch and print the latest GitHub activity for a user,” it will generate a fully-functional multi-line script complete with comments. Just don’t expect it to write code for entire apps. Think of it as more of an assistant that can produce code for smaller modules in your program.

Thanks to integration with the Dall-E model, Copilot can create stunning AI-generated images from text prompts. You can describe things like “A magical forest woodland scene with glowing mushrooms and fantasy creatures, digital art style” and Copilot will provide you 4 whimsical image options to choose from. You can then make edits and tweaks by adding or removing elements with the Designer tool.

What’s really neat is you can also upload your own images, and Copilot will analyse them and let you create remixed variations.

Compare products with auto-generated tables

If you need to quickly compare tech specs or features across multiple products, just ask Copilot to create a comparison table. For example, “Create a table comparing the iPhone 15 Pro Max with the Galaxy S24 Ultra” and it will generate a neat table laying out the key details side-by-side. The comparisons pull data from webpages, though you’ll want to verify accuracy.

You can get creative here too – for example if you type in a prompt like “Compare a t-rex and a hamster” you’ll be given a hilarious table pitting their sizes, diets, and habitats against each other.

Plan travel itineraries

Copilot makes a surprisingly solid travel assistant. If you use a prompt like “I’m visiting Hong Kong for 5 days in August. Create an itinerary combining major attractions – prioritise walkable areas,” Copilot will browse the web to find the spots you’ll love and prepare just what you asked for.

WhatsApp working on new features, here are top 5 features to look forward to

WhatsApp working on new features, here are top 5 features to look forward to

WhatsApp has been working on multiple new features and they are expected to be rolled out soon. Here are the top five WhatsApp features that are worth looking forward to.

New Delhi,
UPDATED: Apr 4, 2024 15:27 IST

In Short WhatsApp, owned by Meta, is planning to introduce several new features.

These features are aimed at enhancing user experience and interaction.
The new features include an AI chatbot, international payments feature for Indian users and more.

Meta-owned WhatsApp is gearing up to roll out various new features designed to enhance user experience and interaction. These features, expected to launch soon, promise to make conversations, sharing updates, and managing chats even more convenient and enjoyable for users worldwide. The features are reportedly under development and have been revealed by WA Beta Info, a reliable source. However, since WhatsApp hasn't officially unveiled all of these features, the information must be taken with a pinch of salt. Now, without wasting any more time, let's dive straight to the features that are worth looking forward to.

1. AI-powered features

First up is the introduction of an AI chatbot, set to revolutionise the way users access information within the app. Powered by Meta's own AI model, this chatbot, dubbed Meta AI, is expected to be accessible directly within WhatsApp. Users will be able to ask questions and retrieve information without leaving the app, making it easier than ever to get quick answers or translations in real-time. Additionally, a new generative AI-powered photo editor will also enable users to creatively edit and manipulate their photos directly within WhatsApp, adding artistic effects and enhancing their images with ease.

2. International payments

In a bid to streamline international transactions, WhatsApp is also introducing a feature that will allow Indian users to make international payments directly from the app. Leveraging the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), this feature will enable Indian bank account holders to transfer funds abroad seamlessly. Users will have the option to manually enable the international payments feature and choose the duration for which they wish to keep it active, providing greater flexibility and convenience.

3. Suggested chat section

WhatsApp is also expected to introduce a dedicated "Suggested Chat" section within the app, aimed at simplifying new connections and fostering communication between users. Positioned at the bottom of the chats list, this section will recommend contacts from users' address books with whom they have not previously interacted, making it easier to broaden social networks and initiate conversations with suggested contacts. Users will have control over their messaging experience, with the ability to dismiss the "Suggested Chat" section at any time.
4. Private mention of contacts

In addition to enhancing privacy and security, WhatsApp is also reported to be working on a feature that will allow users to privately tag contacts in their Status updates. Similar to Instagram's Stories feature, this new functionality will enable users to mention specific contacts in their Status updates, ensuring that the tagged contacts receive discreet notifications while keeping the mentions private from other viewers. This feature is expected to increase user engagement and make WhatsApp Statuses a more interactive space for sharing updates and moments with selected individuals.

5. Chat lock feature

Lastly, WhatsApp is looking forward to expand its privacy features by introducing the ability to lock chats not only on primary devices but also on linked devices. Users will be able to create a secret code on their primary phone to access locked chats on linked devices, ensuring that sensitive conversations remain hidden from prying eyes across all platforms. This feature is expected to provide added security and peace of mind to users who rely on WhatsApp for secure communication.

This country wants people aged 40 and above to go back to university. Know why

Mar 25, 2024 02:52 PM IST

Singapore wants people aged 40 and above to upskill themselves to stay relevant in the changing world.

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not a skill for the future— it is happening right here, right now, necessitating skill updates for workers in every industry. Though it is still a matter of debate if AI will completely replace human labour, Singapore seems to realise before most of the other countries that it is a good idea to learn how to use it to our benefit. It wants people aged 40 and above to upskill themselves to stay relevant in the changing world.Singapore will invest more than $1 billion in AI computing, talent, and industry development over the next five years as part of its National AI Strategy (NIAS) 2.0

The government has launched a new subsidy scheme for people aged 40 and above to refresh their skills. It will cover at least 90 per cent of the fee of a full-time diploma course in higher education.

Talking about the new subsidy scheme, Tan Wu Meng, Member of Parliament, said that learning together would benefit both middle-aged workers and younger people.

The new subsidy scheme for Singaporeans recognises that what people have learnt in school at the age of 20 may have “changed, transformed and replaced by a new world” by the time they become 40 years old, he said.

“Having mid-career workers learning new skills alongside younger workers — a middle-aged, mid-carer worker alongside someone who’s 18, 19, 20 plus years old — will also transform the education experience in our institutions of higher learning,” Tan Wu Meng said in his speech.

“Older workers bring life experience, life skills and living wisdom into the classroom. Even as they bring that into the classroom, they also learn new skills together with the younger students,” he added.
A vision for the future

Singapore will invest more than $1 billion in AI computing, talent, and industry development over the next five years as part of its National AI Strategy (NIAS) 2.0.

In his speech, the MP mentioned how AI technology is advancing faster than people had predicted.

“I had expected the technology to take another two to three years. As it happened, it took place faster than I imagined. Within 10 months, OpenAI had announced the Sora platform to produce AI-generated video," he said while commenting on the ChatGPT maker OpenAI’s new video tool.

"No country, no economy can hide from these changes in the world with AI…So, we have to accept the world as it is, the way the world is going to be, and look after, support, empower and uplift our people," he added.

Delhi, India

The new Copilot version with GPT 4 is available to all users.

The OpenAI model, GPT-4 Turbo is now available for every Copilot user for free, which was previously limited to Pro users.Follow us:

Remember Microsoft Bing Chat, the company’s own GPT-powered AI chatbot? Some time ago, it was rebranded as Microsoft Copilot, and now, the technology giant’s artificial intelligence assistant has upgraded its free tier. The OpenAI model, GPT-4 Turbo, is now available for every Copilot user for free, which was previously limited to Pro users. To access OpenAI’s most capable language model, users need to select the Copilot conversation style in either creative or precise mode.

In addition to that, Copilot Pro users still have the option to switch back to older models if they choose to use the toggle. Informing about the same, Microsoft advertising and web services CEO Mikhail Parakhin shared a post on X and wrote, “After quite some work, GPT4-Turbo replaced GPT-4 in the Copilot free tier. Pro users can still choose the older model if they prefer (there is a toggle).”

“For free users of Copilot in Creative mode, GPT-4 Turbo is now powering that experience. Copilot Pro users remain able to toggle GPT-4 Turbo on or off in Creative mode,” a Microsoft spokesperson confirmed in a statement, reported CNET.

GPT-4 Turbo has been trained on data until April 2023 and can handle text-to-speech prompts. Its context window can take 128,000 tokens, the highest amount available in a GPT version. The more tokens a model can accept, the more text a user may enter into the model to provide additional context and improve the results.

Last year, Microsoft launched Copilot to integrate AI into its platforms and the AI assistant is available online and is also baked into Bing, Windows 11, the Edge browser and Microsoft 365. Copilot Pro costs $20 per month per user and includes more AI-powered features in Office apps, as well as priority access to new OpenAI models and improved image-creation tools. As per Microsoft, Copilot Pro will assist users with writing, coding, research, and even learning.

OpenAI is rumoured to be developing a new model dubbed the GPT-4.5 Turbo. Although the technology giant has remained tight-lipped on future GPT iterations, Reddit users noticed earlier this week that OpenAI mistakenly published a blog post saying GPT-4.5 Turbo surpasses GPT-4 Turbo in speed, accuracy, and scalability, according to CNET.

The media outlet further added that while the blog article was shortly removed from the OpenAI website, it seems that an upgraded GPT model will be released soon. It also suggests that, if Microsoft intends to distinguish its Copilot versions by delivering the better model in its premium tier, the company may aim to introduce GPT-4.5 Turbo to Copilot Pro when the new model is released.

Rs 7-lakh off on Toyota Innova Hycross?

Rs 7-lakh off on Toyota Innova Hycross?

Published 4 hours ago on March 20, 2024By Swaraj Acharekar

The Government of India is trying its best to promote EVs and flex-fuel with several incentives. But the same can’t be said about hybrids, as currently they are taxed almost on par with their petrol counterparts leading to high prices on hybrid cars like the Innova Hycross. Now Nitin Gadkari has stated that taxes on hybrid cars could be reduced. Models like Toyota Innova Hycross, Maruti Grand Vitara could get cheaper by Rs 7 lakh. How? Let’s talk about the upcoming tax structure for Hybrid cars in India.

Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road, Transport & Highways, was speaking at News18’s Rising Bharat Summit 2024. He stated that the 43% (28% GST + Cess on hybrids is quite unfair as hybrids, though not as clean as EVs, are better than ICE engines in this aspect. Going further, he urged the finance minister to discuss this issue at the next GST council meeting. Nitin Gadkari Ji wants GST to be reduced to 12% as it will help make hybrid cars more affordable.

Hybrid cars in India – What does this mean to you?

Currently, GST (28%) + Cess (15%) on hybrids is 43%. Nitin Gadkari has urged to slash the GST to 12%, leading to GST (12%) + Cess (15%) =27%. So hybrids could get cheaper by 16%. For example, if the current ex-showroom price of a car like Innova Hyrcross is Rs 25 lakh (including 15% cess + 28% GST), then under the new taxation the ex-showroom price of the car would reduce to Rs 18 lakh (15% cess + 12% GST). This gives us a massive saving of 6 lakh making hybrids even cheaper than their petrol counterparts in some cases.

Toyota’s plea

Toyota has been urging the government to reduce taxes on hybrid cars. Last year, Toyota India’s country head sent a letter to Niti Aayog. At that time the brand was looking to bring the tax for hybrids to 37% and flex-fuel hybrids to 34%. Along with that, the brand was also looking for government incentives on road taxes etc like it offers to EV buyers. Though the company and Niti Ayog didn’t respond to the rumours at that time, Toyota’s request seems to be heard.

Microsoft Copilot users can now access GPT-4 Turbo for free

Microsoft Copilot users can now access GPT-4 Turbo for free

OpenAI's most advanced language model, GPT-4 Turbo, is now available for free via Microsoft Copilot.

Bengaluru | Updated: March 14, 2024 16:38 IST

Microsoft has extended access to GPT-4 Turbo for every Copilot user, which was previously limited to Pro users. Company executive Mikhail Parakhin recently confirmed this via a post on X and wrote, “After quite some work, GPT4-Turbo replaced GPT-4 in the Copilot free tier. Pro users can still choose the older model if they prefer (there is a toggle).”

With this development, those who use the free tier of Copilot on Windows PCs or on smartphones (both Android and iOS) can access OpenAI’s most capable language model by selecting the conversation style as creative or precise. Copilot Pro users have the option to switch back to GPT-4 using the toggle.

GPT-4 Turbo is the most capable large language model by OpenAI, which supports enhanced multimodal functionality along with larger context windows. It is also cheaper to run compared to GPT-4. It was first announced back in November 2023 with new capabilities like knowledge up to April 2023, functional calling updates, and JASON mode for improved coding capability. It can accept up to more than 300 pages of text prompt (128k context window).

As it is three times cheaper for input tokens and two times cheaper for output tokens, it makes sense for Microsoft to offer the latest model, which costs a lot less to run and also offers better features and experience to end-users.

Microsoft Copilot Pro currently costs $20 (Rs 2,000) a month, offering priority access to GPT-4 and GPT-4 Turbo (minimal downtime compared to the free tier). It can also generate images and answer questions faster. For users with Microsoft 365 subscriptions, Copilot Pro can add AI capabilities to services like Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Microsoft’s Windows 11 Copilot gets smarter with new plugins and skills

Microsoft’s Windows 11 Copilot gets smarter with new plugins and skills

You may not have a Copilot key on your PC’s keyboard yet, but if you’re a Windows 11 user, you’ll soon be able to use Copilot for a lot more everyday tasks on your desktop. Starting today, Microsoft is adding skills that will allow Copilot to change more Windows 11 settings for you and plugins for services like OpenTable, Shopify and Kayak. That’s on top of new AI editing integrations into default apps like Clipchamp and Photos, as well as some improvements to widgets (which nobody pays attention to but Microsoft still hasn’t given up on yet) and the Windows snap functionality that helps you organize your various application windows.

The new skills will roll out in late March. With those, you’ll be able to perform actions like turning your battery saver on and off; showing device, system and battery information; launching live captions and the text-to-speech Narrator; displaying your IP address; and emptying your recycle bin.

In some ways, it’s not these specific skills that are all that interesting but the future they hint at where the Copilot will live up to its name and can automatically handle more complex tasks on your PC for you. A lot of the AI device experiments we’ve seen in recent months focused on mobile, but the endgame for Microsoft here seems to be to have a general PC copilot that can open and manipulate apps on your device for you — or maybe replace some of those applications altogether.

That’s also where the new plugins come in. Restaurant reservations through OpenTable, travel reservations through Kayak and a Shopify integration are surely only the start here, too. These features will roll out over the next month.

At the same time, Microsoft is now also integrating more AI features into its existing Windows apps. The first is a generative erase feature in the Photos app, comparable to what Google has long enabled in Google Photos on mobile (but not nearly as powerful as Photoshop’s generative fill). The second is a feature that automatically removes silence from videos in the Clipchamps video editor. This feature is available today.

Microsoft Copilot will soon be able to summarise and analyse files

Microsoft Copilot will soon be able to summarise and analyse files

Microsoft is testing a new Copilot feature that will allow users to upload files to the AI chatbot so it can summarise or analyse them.

New Delhi | Updated: March 5, 2024 08:12 IST

Microsoft recently overhauled the Copilot app design on Android and iOS.

Microsoft is testing a new Copilot feature that enables the AI-powered chatbot to analyse and summarise files. The new functionality makes it easy for users to share files with the chatbot.

First spotted by the known tinkerer Leopeva64 on X, the new update to Copilot adds a new ‘Add a file’ button that allows users to share files directly from their local machines, following which the chatbot can read the contents of the file and answer queries specific to that data.

Apart from summarising data, the AI-powered assistant can also help you find a specific piece of data and even ask for more information about the topic. Ever since OpenAI unveiled ChatGPT, people have been using chatbots to summarise and understand a large amount of data without having to manually go through it.

While this may not be useful for people who don’t feed the chatbot with documents, it is really handy for those dealing with a large amount of data. It looks like the ability to analyse and summarise data using Copilot is currently available on the Canary version of Microsoft Edge, but there is no information on when it will be available to everyone.

Microsoft has been constantly adding and testing new Copilot features since its launch last year. When Copilot turned one earlier this month, the tech giant announced that the chatbot can now edit AI images generated using Designer.

Microsoft on Thursday announced that it will release a Copilot chatbot that can perform key tasks for people working in finance. The software company will first offer the tool in public preview. Pricing details will follow.

Many business software providers, including HubSpot and Salesforce, have been working to supercharge existing products with generative artificial intelligence, in the hope of making clients more efficient. The craze began after startup OpenAI in 2022 launched the ChatGPT chatbot, which can spit out natural-sounding text or other content with a few words of human input.

The typical company comprises a variety of groups in which employees perform specialized work. “We want every one of the departments to be enabled and enriched with a Copilot,” Charles Lamanna, a Microsoft corporate vice president, said in an interview with CNBC in San Francisco on Wednesday.

Microsoft already has a Copilot for general-purpose industrial use in Office applications, and it has released Copilots designed for sales and customer-service workers.

The Copilot for finance will initially run a variance analysis, reconcile data in Excel and speed up the collections process in Outlook. The software can draw on information stored in SAP and in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Additional features will come to the finance Copilot later this year, Lamanna said.

The Japanese advertising agency Dentsu will use the Copilot for finance tasks, Lamanna said.

Microsoft said its finance department provided input into the development of the new Copilot and that it’s seen some early benefits from using it.

Comparing data taken from different systems is “something every finance team on the planet does a lot of,” said Cory Hrncirik, modern finance lead in Microsoft’s office of the chief financial officer. A couple of thousand people on a financial planning and analysis team each spend one or two hours doing reconciliation each week, and with the new Copilot, that takes more like 10 or 20 minutes per week, he said.

The idea is to help these employees spend fewer hours on tedious tasks and provide time for more engaging work that can contribute more to the company. But Microsoft’s finance employees aren’t required to use the new Copilot, Hrncirik said.

If many finance professionals in a given company take advantage of those automations, though, the company might be able to close its books more quickly.

“That is one of the big pitches for CFOs,” Lamanna said.

BHUBANESWAR: Amid layoff fears due to the explosive growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the globe, an IT consulting company has come up with a unique human-AI synergy with the on boarding of its first non-human employee.

City-based CSM Technologies has employed Medha K, an AI-powered natural language processing (NLP) chatbot, which can understand and generate text based on the prompts and keywords the user provides. Company sources said, Medha K, a knowledge assistant, has been integrated with ChatGPT to assist CSM’s internal employees. It can also fine-tune language models, incorporate human feedback and employ the most effective learning methods to ensure a seamless experience.

Founder and CEO of CSM Tech Priyadarshi Nanu Pany said the successful onboarding of Medha K proves AI would not substitute humans, but instead complement and augment them at workplaces. “The future belongs to symbiotic or collaborative intelligence where humans and AI work in concert to complement and enhance each other’s strengths. This chatbot is a testimony to the possibilities that can be unlocked with the right human-AI synergy,” he said. Since generative AI keeps evolving, the IT firm is keen to tap opportunities and develop disruptive solutions.
