உரிய வழிகாட்டுதலைப் பின்பற்றாமல் சில அரசு மருத்துவமனைகளில் கரோனா தடுப்பூசி போடப்படுகிறது. மேலும், தடுப்பூசி போட்ட சில தினங்களில் கரோனா தொற்று பாதிப்பு ஏற்படுவதால் பொதுமக்கள் அச்சமடைந்துள்ளனர்.

இந்தியாவில் கரோனா தொற்றைத் தடுக்க மத்திய, மாநில அரசுகள் பல்வேறு நடவடிக்கைகளை எடுத்து வருகின்றன. அதன் ஒருபகுதியாக, கோவேக்சின், கோவிஷீல்டு தடுப்பூசிகள் போடும் பணிஜன. 16-ம் தேதி தொடங்கப்பட்டது.

தமிழகத்தில் முதல்கட்டமாக முன்களப் பணியாளர்களுக்கும், 2-வது கட்டமாக கடந்த 1-ம் தேதிமுதல் 60 வயதுக்கு மேற்பட்டவர்கள் மற்றும் 45 முதல் 59 வயது வரையுள்ள இணைநோய் பாதிப்புள்ளவர்களுக்கும் 3 ஆயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட அரசு மற்றும் தனியார் மருத்துவமனைகளில் தடுப்பூசி போடப்பட்டு வருகிறது. ஆனால், சில அரசு மருத்துவமனைகள் முறையான வழிகாட்டுதலைப் பின்பற்றாமல் தடுப்பூசி போடுவதால் பொதுமக்கள் பாதிக்கப்படுவதாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது.

இதுதொடர்பாக சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் கூறியதாவது:

கரோனா தடுப்பூசி போட வருபவர்களிடம் சாப்பிட்டீர்களா? சர்க்கரை நோய், ரத்த அழுத்தம் போன்ற நோய்கள் இருந்தால் மாத்திரையை எடுத்துக் கொள்கிறீர்களா? என்று கேட்க வேண்டும். தடுப்பூசி போட்ட பின்னர் காய்ச்சல், உடல் வலி போன்ற பிரச்சினைகள் இருந்தால் என்ன செய்ய வேண்டுமென உரிய ஆலோசனைகளை வழங்கி தேவையான மாத்திரைகளை வழங்க வேண்டும்.

ஒரு தடுப்பு மருந்து பாட்டிலை திறந்தால், 4 மணி நேரத்துக்குள் மருந்தை பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும். அதற்கு மேல் மீதமுள்ள மருந்தைப் பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது என்று வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் உள்ளன.

ஆனால், இவற்றை சில அரசுமருத்துவமனைகள் பின்பற்றுவதில்லை. தடுப்பூசியை மட்டும் போட்டு அனுப்பி விடுகின்றனர். அதன்பின், அவர்களுக்கு ஏற்படும்உடல் உபாதைகளைக் கண்காணிப்பதில்லை. பலர் தடுப்பூசி போட்டுக் கொண்ட அடுத்த சில தினங்களில் கரோனா தொற்றால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றனர்.

தடுப்பூசி போடுவதில் மட்டும் கவனத்தைச் செலுத்தும் தமிழக அரசு, அதன்பின் ஏற்படும் இதுபோன்ற பிரச்சினைகளில் இருந்து பொதுமக்களை பாதுகாக்க கூடுதல் கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். முக்கியமாக, தடுப்பூசி போட்டுக் கொண்டவர்கள் கரோனா தொற்றால் பாதிக்கப்படுவது தொடர்பாக ஆய்வுசெய்ய வேண்டும்.

தடுப்பூசி என்பது கரோனாவுக்கு எதிரான எதிர்ப்பு சக்தியை உருவாக்குவதாகும். முதல் தவணை தடுப்பூசி போட்ட 3 வாரத்தில் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தி உருவாகத் தொடங்கும். 2 தவணை தடுப்பூசி போட்ட 3 வாரத்துக்குப் பின் முழுமையான எதிர்ப்பு சக்தி உருவாகிவிடும். கரோனா தொற்று ஏற்பட்டாலும் பெரிய அளவிலான பாதிப்பு இருக்காது. தடுப்பூசி போட்டதால் கரோனா தொற்று ஏற்பட்டதாகக் கூறுவது தவறு. தடுப்பூசி போட்டபின் காய்ச்சல், உடல்வலி, தலைவலி போன்ற பிரச்சினைகள் ஏற்பட்டாலும் சரியாகிவிடும்.

கோவிஷீல்டு தடுப்பு மருந்தின் ஒரு வயலில் 10 பேருக்கும், கோவேக்சின் தடுப்பு மருந்தின் ஒருவயலில் 20 பேருக்கும் தடுப்பூசிபோட வேண்டும். சில நேரங்களில்குறைவான நபர்கள் இருக்கும்பட்சத்தில் மருந்து வீணாகும். ஒருவயலை திறந்தால் அதை 4 மணி நேரத்துக்குள் பயன்படுத்திவிட வேண்டும். குறிப்பிட்ட நேரத்துக்குப் பிறகு அந்த மருந்தை யாருக்காவது பயன்படுத்தினாலும் பாதிப்பு இல்லை. இருப்பினும், மத்திய அரசு அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளதால், 4 மணி நேரத்துக்குப்பின் மருந்தை பயன்படுத்துவதில்லை.

தடுப்பூசி போட்ட சில தினங்களில் சிலருக்கு கரோனா தொற்று ஏற்படுகிறது. இது தடுப்பூசி போட்டதால் ஏற்படுவதல்ல. தடுப்பூசி போடுவதற்கு ஓரிரு தினங்களுக்கு முன்புஅவருக்கு கரோனா தொற்று ஏற்பட்டிருக்கும். ஒருவர் உடம்பில்கரோனா வைரஸ் கிருமி சென்றால்,4 அல்லது 5 நாட்களுக்கு பின்னர்தான் தொற்று பாதிப்பு இருப்பது தெரியவரும். இதுதான் தடுப்பூசி போட்ட சில தினங்களில் கரோனாதொற்று ஏற்பட முக்கிய காரணம்.கரோனா தொற்றைத் தடுக்க தடுப்பூசியை கண்டிப்பாக போட்டுக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். அனைத்து மருத்துவமனைகளும் தடுப்பூசி வழிகாட்டுதலை கண்டிப்பாகப் பின்பற்றும்படி அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Amid a spike in Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra, the state government on Thursday decided to impose a lockdown in Nagpur district from March 15 to 21.

Only essential services such as vegetable and fruit shops and milk booths will stay open, according to the order issued by the Nagpur district administration.

“Complete lockdown to remain imposed in Nagpur City Police Commissionerate area from March 15 to March 21. Essential services will continue,” said Nagpur guardian minister Nitin Raut.

Maharashtra reported 13,659 new cases and 54 deaths in the last 24 hours. With this, the cumulative count of the cases in the state has reached 22,52,057. The state currently has 1,00,240 active coronavirus cases. Registering as many as 9,913 recoveries in the last 24 hours, Maharashtra’s total recovery count went up to 20,99,207, the Union health ministry informed on Thursday mor ning. ANI

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday launched the countrywide COVID-19 vaccination drive.

He said India-made vaccines were safe and asked people not to believe rumours. He congratulated all Indians and the country’s scientists. He noted that the world had not seen a vaccination drive of this scale, and India’s response to the pandemic had been acknowledged globally.

“The vaccines have come about in the shortest time span and this is an achievement for India and its contribution towards the battle against COVID-19. There are 100 countries which do not have a population of three crore but India in the first phase will inoculate three crore healthcare and frontline workers, and in the next step, we will take this number to 30 crore. There are only three countries in the world with more than 30 crore population: India, the U.S. and China. Hence, this is going to be the biggest vaccination drive,” Mr. Modi observed.

On the first day, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) medical director Dr. Randeep Guleria and NITI Aayog member (Health) Dr. V.K. Paul were among the first to be vaccinated, along with a sanitation worker at AIIMS. Serum Institute of India (SII) CEO Adar Poonawalla also took the vaccination.

“Indian vaccines are much cheaper than foreign ones and easier and more conducive to India’s conditions. There are vaccines abroad whose single dose costs up to ₹5,000 and have to be kept in freezers at minus 70 degrees temperature. India-manufactured vaccines are best suited for us,” Mr. Modi said.
