The 21st century education environment is extremely dynamic and it is critical to evolve with changing student values, industry requirements, growing size and complexity of business, increasing specialization of work, cut throat competition, sophisticated technology, turbulent environment of business, internet, globalization, lack of skills, funds & infrastructure for research, etc. Education policies that worked well for decades seem redundant now. Academic need of the hour is for educational institutions to innovate, refocus, and restructure.

Theoretically focused learning, training the students to crack frequently asked questions, and method of learning by rote has created a pressure cooker environment for the young minds where they will blow off anytime. Students end up with a deadened sense of analytical thinking, creativity, and innovation, killing inquisitiveness, creativity, analytical thinking, and destroying the joy of learning. Educationists need to manage the challenge of creating the ability to assimilate, analyze, synthesize and innovate in the student community and these skills are indispensable.

THE PATH AHEAD

Their future expansion will focus on introducing new and innovative courses, initiating new Centers of Excellence, contribution to society and industry through concrete results based on innovative research output, patents, consulting, thereby contributing to national and global economy. It is truly the right destination for those with potential.
