3 dead persons ‘vaccinated’ in Indore

Mobile teams in Indore have ‘vaccinated’ at least three dead persons with the second dose this week. A 63-year-old man was apparently given his second dose of the Covid vaccine eight months after his death in Indore district. His son received a message from CoWIN about this and checked the website, only to be stunned to see his ‘full vaccination certificate’. A 68-year-old woman’s kin were also shocked to see that she had been ‘vaccinated’ eight months after her death. In the third such case, a Sudama Nagar resident was ‘vaccinated’ on December 24 — six months after his death. The administration is investigating these cases.
