`All MBBS students should take Hepatitis B vaccine'

All students selected to first-year MBBS BDS courses in Tamil Nadu should have taken the hepatitis B vaccination, the directorate of medical education has deemed.

 

Hepatitis B, given by doctors or nurses through intramuscular route, is a vaccine recombinant used to prevent infection by the hepatitis B virus. It helps the body produce its own protection (antibodies) against the disease.“It is extremely important for medicos to be vaccinated against hepatitis. If they are selected and do not have vaccination certificate, we plan to give them vaccines before they are enrolled. Immunisation will protect them against the disease,“ said director of medical education Dr A Edwin Joe.

It is a serious liver infection caused by the hepatitis B virus (HBV). For some people, the infection becomes chronic, meaning it lasts more than six months. Having chronic hepatitis B increases your risk of developing liver failure, liver cancer or cirrhosis -a condition that causes permanent scarring of the liver.

Unani doctors demand better recognition

Demanding that the state plug the vacuum between education and employment opportunities in Unani medicine, nearly 150 Unani practitioners gathered at the Government Unani Medical College at Arumbakkam on Monday to stage a protest.

 

The protest was initiated by the Southern Unani Medical Association, which laid out various demands, the most pivotal of which was giving better recognition to the practice. They alleged that unlike college graduates of other natural medicine courses like Siddha, students of Unani did not have the option of pursuing a master's degree in any government institution in Tamil Nadu.

“It has been 40 years since the Unani course was established here. But till date, there is no PG degree or sufficient avenues for employment in government medical establishments. We are seeing a lot of developments in our field lately, and the demand has increased among the middle class and upper middle class demography who are trying natural medicine options.But if it has to reach all strata of society , the government should ensure that Unani practitioners are hired in government establishments as well,“ said D Shahjahan, general secretary of the association, adding that every Taluk hospital in the state should hire Unani practitioners. They also demanded that for representation to the state government, an officer in the capacity of a joint director should be appointed.
The protesters, who were all alumni of the Government Unani college in the city, sent a draft of their demands to health secretary J Radhakrishnan, health minister C Vijayabaskar and chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami.

`Postpone medical counselling till Prez decision on state bill'

The State Platform for Common School System in Tamil Nadu (SPCSS) on Monday demanded the postponement of the Tamil Nadu medical counselling until there is clarity over the President's response to the bills passed by the Tamil Nadu assembly, and the reservation policy to be adopted in the all India medical counselling. The medical counselling in TN has been slated for July 17.

 

The state legislative assembly had passed the Tamil Nadu Admission to MBBS and BDS Courses Act 2017 and the Tamil Nadu Admission to Postgraduate Courses in Medicine and Dentistry Act 2017 unanimously and they were sent for presidential assent in February this year. The SPCSS along with TN Students-Parents Welfare Association and Health Development Association, Chennai, held a press meet at the ICSA Centre, Egmore, to voice their demands.

“We don't want the government to proceed with the counselling until we receive a reply from the President ­ whether the bills receive the nod or are rejected is up to the President, but we need an answer before going ahead with the counselling,“ said Prince Gajendra Babu, secretary of the SPCSS.

Another issue raised was the ambiguity over the reservation policy under the all-India quota counselling. Instead of the term `open competition', the term `unreserved category' has been used. Anybody can be allotted seats under open competition regardless of category and based purely on merit. After filling the open competition seats, the reserved category seats are filled, explained members. However, when the term `unreserved category' is used, it is associated with the idea that only those outside the reserved categories may participate.





Med aspirants to send photo holding placard

Students seeking MBBSBDS admissions in Tamil Nadu this academic year cannot sign over a passportsize photograph with an application. A photograph of the candidate holding a placard containing hisher name and the date it was taken should be affixed to it, the selection committee in-charge of single counseling has declared.

 

The prospectus issued by the directorate of medical education in all government medical colleges and on http:www.tnhealth.org says two identical passport size photos with light background (no Polaroids) taken after April 1, 2017, should be pasted on the OMR sheet and application.

“Photographs must be taken with a placard indicating the name of the candidate (as in the application) and date of taking the photograph. In case the name and date are written on the photo graph after taking it, the application will be rejected... If the photograph is not a recent one taken at the time of submitting the application, the application will be rejected,“ it says. The photograph on the application should be attested by a gazetted officer headmasterheadmistress with a clear stamp.
Directorate of medical education officials said they were forced to make such a requirement mandatory after officials involved in single window counselling complained that many students looked different in the photographs submitted. “Many submitted pictures that are up to three or four years old.As they grow, students tend to look different. Officials are forced to look for other documents to get the photo validated. We have also asked for an attestation this time,“ said director of medical education Dr A Edwin Joe.

While most students complain they felt humiliated and felt like criminals, parents said they had a tough time as applications were out of stock for more than four days. “We were then told we can take a printout of the forms. We thought we had everything ready until we read the prospectus online. In one of the annexures, they mentioned instructions for a photograph.We are rushing now,“ said R Satyanarayana, parent of an MBBS aspirant. The last date for submitting applications is on or before July 8.

University sets `safety deadline' for women

The vice-chancellor (VC) of a Central University in Lucknow issued an order on Monday , asking the women staff on campus not to work out of their offices beyond 6 pm. R C Sobti, the VC of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) said the order (a copy of which is with TOI) was to ensure the safety of women, including administration staff and faculty members. It further stated that women will have to seek prior permission from the VC if they want to stay in their offices beyond the stipulated time.

According to university spokesperson Govind Pandey , the move is aimed at protecting women from increasing harassment cases.“In recent times, there have been a number of incidents in which women are at the receiving end and it is to avoid any untoward incidents that the vice-chancellor has asked women employees not to stay in office beyond 6pm,“ Pandey said. The diktat's term has been criticised by the university's women employees, who claimed it was an attempt to restrict their freedom.

Some staff members criticised the move as it would hinder them in discharging their duties. “The university has two doctors, one male and one female, who on rotation basis do the night shift after 8pm. The order means woman officer will not report to work because she has a night shift every alternate day and won't that hamper healthcare services,“ said an employee.

Medical education quite affordable in Karnataka

For a domiciled student in Karnataka, studying in a private medical or dental college may not be such a costly affair compared to Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra or Kerala. A look at the fee structures in medical institutions across these states reveals that Karnataka has some of the most affordable fee structures.

 

The state follows a unique three-stage categorization for medical and dental admissions. While 40% of seats in private medical colleges are reserved for Karnataka students domiciled in the state for seven years or more under the state government quota, another 40% of seats are reserved for students from across India under what is known as all-India or non-Karnataka quota. The remaining 20% seats are for NRI students and institutional preferences.

The Karnataka government also favours domiciled students and charges them `77,000 as annual fee for MBBS and `49,000 for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). In comparison, a government quota seat for students of and outside Maharashtra in Mumbai's KJ Somaiya Medical College costs a whopping `9.25 lakh per annum. The fee is decided by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti, based on expenses incurred by colleges which submit their yearly ac counts to the panel. In Tamil Nadu gov ernment quota seats can go up to`4 lakh for MBBS and`2.5 lakh for BDS. In Kera la, on the other hand, an all-India merit seat costs `5.5 lakh and for BDS, one pays `2.5 lakh. In Telangana, however, a government quota seat fee is lesser than that in Karnataka. A student can get a seat under the government quota on merit at `60,000. The state also follows a revision of fee every three years and the fee structure is fixed by the Telangana State Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee constituted by the state government.

You can't turn genuine money into trash: SC





The Supreme Court on Tuesday sought to prevail on the Centre to open a fresh window for exchange of scrapped `500 and `1,000 notes for persons who missed the December 30 deadline if they could establish that the money was theirs and they had a genuine reason for not changing it. The court was a step away from ensuring an exchange opportunity when the Centre sought two weeks to respond to the suggestion. The court's previous inquiries had so far failed to move the Centre.

The government, through solicitor general Ranjit Kumar, relied on data about misuse of exchange of old currency provisions to explain its reluctance to heed the court's hints, even though PM Narendra Modi had on November 8 said those with genuine difficulties could expect a window after the year-end deadline.


But the court's argument that genuine cases should not be punished by turning hard earned money into trash saw the SG seeking time. “It will not be a general window but on a case to case basis. Give me two weeks, I will take instructions from the government,“ he said.

Scores of petitions were filed in the SC accusing the government of reneging on the promise and seeking relief to exchange scrapped currency notes. The SC had weeded out a majority of them, terming reasons for failure to meet the December 31 deadline as “cock and bull story“. However, 10 petitions survived the SC's stringent scrutiny and on Tuesday , the court sought Kumar's response. When the SG reiterated the Centre's consistent stand, a bench of Chief Justice J S Khehar and Justice D Y Chandrachud said, “It is our duty to caution you. If a person is alone and suffered grave illness during the November 9 to December 30 period, it becomes absolutely impossible for him to deposit his old currency notes. If he can prove that it is his hard earned money and not somebody else's, he would surely require the window you had promised.

“We ourselves (the bench) have rejected many petitions as we found their reasons not genuine. But those with genuine difficulty must have a chance to convince the authorities. If you do not agree to open a window, then we will say it is open for such persons who can prove genuineness of their money and difficulty to deposit within December 30 deadline to seek relief from the government. He should have an opportunity to explain and replace the old money . You cannot turn his genuine money into trash.“

The bench said the government must sort this out. “We have seen cases where a person has lost his genuine money for no fault of his. The government cannot trash aperson's genuine money . You (the government) cannot render a person's genuine money go waste like this,“ it said. On March 21, the SC had told the government, “You must understand that these people are in dire straits. If they cannot establish the genuineness of the delay in depositing the scrapped currency , they would be liable for prosecution. The PM's speech as well as the notification that followed immediately after had promised to provide a window to people in such difficulty . But the ordinance did not provide any window except for NRIs and those Indians who were travelling abroad at that time. These people hoped that they will get another chance but the ordinance issued on the last day of deadline on December 31 suddenly closed that window. Everyone heard the PM and believed that the PM's words cannot be taken back.“

`TEMPORARY BASIS' - HC seeks report on appointment of law officers in Virudhunagar

The Madurai bench of the Madras high court on Tuesday directed the government to file records pertaining to the appointment of law officers to courts in Virudhunagar district. A division bench headed by justice K K Sasidharan gave the direction on a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by advocate S Ramasubramanian from Rajapalayam in Virudhunagar. The petitioner's counsel told the court that the additional chief secretary passed a government order (GO) on May 25 appointing 15 advocates as law officers to the courts in the Virudhunagar district.

The government made the appointments without following mandatory procedure contemplated under the criminal procedure code.The government's action will affect the justice delivery system. Hence, it was necessary to stay all the proceedings based on the GO and quash the same, the counsel said.

Senior counsel appearing for one of the advocates appointed as public prosecutor said the appointments were made temporarily . The government already started the process of appointing law officers a few months ago. Based on it, the collector of Virudhunagar issued notification inviting applications from the legal fraternity. If the appointments were stayed, there would be vacancies for law officers' posts, he said.

The additional advocate general also said the appointments were a temporary measure and advocates appointed were eligible people to be appointed as law officers.

The division bench said that if it (government) had taken action properly , it would have made permanent appointments by this time.

Non-univs can't run distance courses, says UGC

In a watershed decision, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has stated that only universities can offer distance learning programmes in India. With the earlier decision of the Distance Education Council overturned, standalone institutes can no longer continue to run programmes via distance mode.

 

Across the country dozens of B-schools are raking in crores by offering diploma management courses via distance education. They will all have to cease operations as the UGC will not extend their recognition. The decision was notified in the last week of June in a UGC gazette notification: The mini mum standards of instructions for the grant of first degree through non-formal distance education in the faculties of Arts, Humanities, Fine Arts, Music, Social Science, Commerce and Science.

 

The decision was taken after a committee headed by Prof N R Madhav Menon submitted its recommendations to regulate distance education in India.

“Certificates or diplomas or post-graduate diplomas awarded by the standalone in stitutions, which also have been approved by the Commission based on the policies of the then Distance Education Council, of the Indira Gandhi National Open University , for running open and distance learning programmes till the academic session as specified in recognition letters already issued at the level of the Commission, shall remain valid programmes in the field of open and distance learning mode of education and once the recognition period to these standalone institutions ceases, such institutions cannot offer open and distance learning programmes,“ the notification read.

These institutes can continue offering distance education courses if they are converted to university or deemed to be university, “failing which, the Commission shall not accord any approval to the open and distance learning programmes of standalone institutions.

“Standalone institutes were free from university regulation. As they offered diploma courses, they did not fall under the ambit of the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) too.Many institutes hence started offering distance education courses and made a lot of money . Soon, there was management in hospital administration, forest management, agriculture and plantation management, etc.,“ said a former director of the Institute of Open and Distance Learning, Mumbai University. In Maharashtra, the UGC's diktat will affect about a dozen institutes.

The Medical Council of India (MCI) has raised objections over 23 postgraduate (MD/MS) seats across 9 departments of the Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32 Chandigarh.

The institute has been asked to file compliance report within four weeks and deposit Rs 1 lakh per department. In case the college fails to satisfy these conditions, all admissions made against these increased seats will be considered illegal.

The seats in question are three MD seats of general medicine, three MS seats of general surgery, two MD seats in pulmonary medicine, two MD seats of psychiatry,five MD seats of orthopaedics, two MD seats of dermatology, four MD seats of anaesthesia and two MD seats of anatomy and ENT department.

These are the seats that were increased by the MCI in 2014. In May 2017, when the first batch appeared for final examination, the MCI team again conducted inspection needed for the final approval. However, the team found several loopholes in the various requirements asked for and raised objections.

Only in the anatomy department the inspection was done for renewal of seats but the objections were raised there too.

‘Submit compliance report, deposit Rs 1 lakh’

The MCI has issued letters to all the departments and have asked them to rectify the deficiencies within 4 weeks from the date of dispatch (June 15) of the letter and submit the compliance report. Almost every department has been asked to submit a demand draft of Rs 1 lakh for further consideration in the matter.

“In case no compliance is received within this period or compliance is found unsatisfactory, it will result in stoppage of admission. Admissions done against these seats after the first batch appeared in the examination, till their recognition will be irregular or illegal. These are not in accordance with MCI regulations and will not be recognised,” mentions the MCI report.

An institute professor said, “In case the college authorities fail to satisfy MCI’s conditions, then the degrees of all students, which were admitted against these increased seats since 2014, will be unrecognised by the MCI.”

Objections raised by MCI

Multiple positions held by the then director principal Dr Atul Sachdev and current director principal (additional) Dr AK Janmeja.

GMCH-32 officials said Dr Sachdev had given additional charge of head of department, general medicine, to another doctor. However, Dr AK Janmeja, who is holding an additional charge of director principal, is also heading two departments – pulmonary medicine and gynaecology.

Dr AK Janmeja, director principal (additional), GMCH-32, said, “We are making a detailed compliance report and are positive that the seats will get recognition from MCI. It seems there is some miscommunication between MCI and college authorities.”

NMMTA urges MCI not to bar M.Sc & PhD holders from certifying medical test reports

National M.Sc Medical Teachers' Association (NMMTA) has urged Medical Council of India (MCI) to withdraw notification  barring M.Sc & PhD holders from certifying medical test reports. The MCI has written to National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) regarding eligibility of candidates to sign diagnostic laboratory reports. Earlier, the NABL had sought clarification from MCI whether the M.Sc with PhD candidates who as a matter of fact are not registered with MCI are eligible to sign medical laboratory reports; can persons holding MBBS degree registered with MCI/State Medical Council sign the medical test reports?; can PhD (medical microbiology, medical biochemistry, life sciences, applied biology, cytogenetics, biotechnology) in relevant discipline be allowed to sign medical test reports? If not, can the same be allowed if they are co-authorised with a person registered with MCI/State Medical Council?. Currently, the document 112 of NABL provides authorized signatory roles for Medical M.Sc degree holders, in the disciplines of microbiology and biochemistry. Ostensibly, under the pressure from non-clinical doctors, NABL was pressurized to exclude non-doctors from this role. In its part, NABL chose to seek the opinion from the MCI. After a delay of nearly three years, MCI replied that all lab reports should be signed/countersigned by persons registered with MCI/State Medical Council. This is in stark contrast to its previous stand. In 2005, the members of the Adhoc Committee appointed by the Supreme Court and members of the Executive Committee of the MCI had approved the decision of the Ethics Committee that M.Sc. (Medical Biochemistry) with or without Ph.D is entitled to independently or solely sign a Medical Biochemistry report in a clinical laboratory. In a bizarre U-turn, the Executive Committee of the MCI has claimed that it did not approve the recommendations of the Ethics Committee. "It is very unethical of the MCI to overrule the recommendations of the Ethics Committee", said Dr. Sridhar Rao, President of National M.Sc Medical Teachers' Association (NMMTA). The MCI has claimed that organizations like hospitals and nursing homes are beyond the jurisdiction of MCI. "How can diagnostic laboratories attached to hospitals and nursing homes fall under MCI's jurisdiction", quipped Dr. Rao. "Worldwide biomedical scientists are held in high esteem and allowed to sign reports", added Dr. Rao. Arjun Maitra, secretary, NMMTA said “Even though the MCI's letter was in the context of the NABL accredited laboratories only, it is having far-reaching and unintended effects. It is being widely misconstrued as MCI's order to all diagnostic laboratories. This letter is also being misused to evict biomedical scientists from laboratories attached to medical colleges. With no clarification coming from the MCI, India's biomedical scientists are obviously alarmed with the fear of losing livelihood and dignity. "We are being disallowed to practice in the area we were trained in". "There is a huge misconception and lack of awareness about the nature of medical M.Sc degree. Like MD degrees, clinical diagnostic laboratory testing and interpretation is an integral part of the medical M.Sc courses in Biochemistry and Microbiology," he added. "Services in the diagnostic laboratory should not be misinterpreted as the practice of medicine", he stated. "Doctors with MBBS degree only can interpret basic laboratory tests whereas special tests need understanding at a postgraduate level, such as those with MD or medical M.Sc degree" said Maitra. As a representation of biomedical scientists engaged in healthcare, NMMTA is planning to meet the Prime Minister and the health Minister to convince them the importance of biomedical scientists in the diagnostic laboratories. NMMTA is a registered association of persons possessing medical M.Sc degrees in the subjects of anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, pharmacology or microbiology obtained under the faculty of medicine from MCI-recognized medical colleges.

Now, only doctors can sign diagnostic reports

NEW DELHI: Only persons holding an MBBS degree and registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or with the state medical councils can now sign diagnostic reports, as per a new order issued by MCI. The move is aimed at regulating quality and standard of reports generated by diagnostic chains, which are fast mushrooming across the country.

"It was decided by the Executive Committee that 'All lab reports to be signed/countersigned by persons registered with MCI /State Medical Council,'" the Council said.

According to the Council, PhD scholars in different medical streams such as medical microbiology or medical biochemistry, professional medical lab technicians are not authorised to sign medical test reports issued by laboratories.

The decision was taken in a recent meeting of the MCI executive council following recommendations by its ethics committee.

While reputed and established diagnostic laboratories, mainly in metros, often get reports signed and countersigned by persons with MBBS degree, smaller laboratories particularly in tier II and III cities or in rural areas use lab technicians and PhD scholars to sign test reports.

Diagnostics industry in India is pegged at Rs 37,000 crore annually, growing at around 17%. There are over 100,000 diagnostic laboratories across the country, whereas 80-90% of the market is dominated by unorganised players, with only 1% of them accredited.

Though appreciating the MCI's move, experts say this alone is not enough to ensure quality and standard or care as MCI does not have the power to regulate diagnostic chains, particularly those not run by doctors registered with it.

"MCI orders cannot control mushrooming of labs run by non MBBS as they do not come under its purview. Need of the hour is to have a regulatory body which can monitor lab standards, quality and make a code of conduct. MCI should also direct all registered practitioners not to accept any test report signed by non doctor," said Dr Gurinder Grewal, former president of Punjab Medical Council.

There is no specific law regulating the diagnostics industry — neither for pricing nor quality. While some big players depend on voluntary accreditation from organisations like National Accreditation Board for Testing (NABL) and Calibration Laboratories and the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for quality, the smaller ones operate more like 'mom-and-pop' shops in the absence of regulatory norms.

The MCI decision comes in the wake of the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) seeking clarification from the Council on the issue as many labs use professional laboratory technicians to get reports verified.

அவ்வாறு திருமணம் நடந்த 30 நாட்களுக்குள் பதிவு செய்யாததற்கு, உரிய காரணம் இல்லாத நிலையில், தாமதிக்கப்படும் ஒவ்வொரு நாளுக்கும் அபராதம் விதிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் ஆணையம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. திருமணத்தை பதிவு செய்யாத தம்பதிகளுக்கு, திருமணச் சான்றிதழ் மூலம் கிடைக்கும் சலுகைகள் ஏதும் வழங்கப்படக் கூடாது என்றும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அனைத்து மதத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களும் திருமணத்தைப் பதிவு செய்வதை மத்திய அரசு உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும் சட்ட ஆணையம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

பிறப்பு இறப்பைப் பதிவு செய்வது போன்றே திருமணமும் பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் இதன் மூலம் அமலில் உள்ள வெவ்வேறு திருமணச் சட்டங்கள் தொந்தரவு செய்யப்படாதது உறுதி செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தேனி மாவட்டம், போடி அருகே உள்ள சில்லமரத்துப்பட்டியை சேர்ந்தவர் சுருளிச்சாமி (வயது 54). இவர் கட்டிட கட்டுமான கூலி வேலை செய்து வருகிறார். இவருடைய மனைவி மகேஸ்வரி (50). இவர்களுக்கு 2 மகன்களும், ஒரு மகளும் உள்ளனர். மகன்கள் மற்றும் மகள்களுக்கு மனநலம் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளதால், அவர்களுக்கு உதவி கேட்டு தேனி மாவட்ட கலெக்டர் அலுவலகத்திற்கு நேற்று வந்து இருந்தனர். கலெக்டர் வெங்கடாசலத்திடம் அந்த தம்பதியினர் கோரிக்கை மனு அளித்தனர்.

இதுகுறித்து மகேஸ்வரியிடம் கேட்ட போது அவர் கூறியதாவது:–

நானும், எனது கணவரும் ரத்த உறவு முறையில் திருமணம் செய்தவர்கள். எனது அத்தை மகனை தான் திருமணம் செய்துள்ளேன். எங்களுக்கு ராஜ்குமார் (20), சூர்யா (18) என்ற மகன்களும், ராதிகா (16) என்ற மகளும் உள்ளனர். இவர்கள் 3 பேரும் மனநலம் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்.

முதல் மகனுக்கு 2 வயதிலும், 2–வது மகனுக்கு 6 வயதிலும், மகளுக்கு 1½ வயதிலும் இந்த பாதிப்பு ஏற்பட்டது. இவர்களை பராமரிக்க மிகுந்த சிரமம் அடைகிறோம். எங்கள் வீட்டில் தண்ணீர் குழாய் கிடையாது. நீண்ட தூரம் சென்று தான் தண்ணீர் பிடிக்க வேண்டும். தண்ணீர் பிடிக்க செல்லும் போது எனது பிள்ளைகள் வீட்டை விட்டு வெளியே ஓடி விடுகின்றனர். வீட்டுக்குள் வைத்து பூட்டினால், வீட்டுக்குள் எது கிடைத்தாலும் எடுத்து வாயில் போட்டுக் கொள்கின்றனர். இதனால், இவர்களை பக்கத்தில் இருந்தே பார்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். நாங்கள் வாழும் வீடும் பழைய வீடு. மண் தரையில் தான் உள்ளது. எங்களுக்கு அரசு இலவச வீடு கட்டிக் கொடுத்து, வீட்டுக்கு குடிநீர் குழாய் இணைப்பு கொடுத்தால் உதவியாக இருக்கும். சுய தொழில் செய்து பிழைத்துக் கொள்ள கடன் உதவி வழங்கினால் வீட்டில் இருந்து குழந்தைகளை பராமரித்துக் கொண்டே வாழ்வாதாரமும் தேடிக்கொள்ள முடியும். இதற்காக கலெக்டரிடம் மனு கொடுத்துள்ளோம்.
