NTA to hold next NEET on May 3

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced on Thursday that National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) 2020 to admit students in MBBS and other medical courses will be held on May 3, 2020.
“The exam will be conducted in pen and paper mode. Candidates can register from December 2 to 31, 2019,” NTA said in the notification. NEET results will be announced on June 4.
The agency has announced the schedule of examinations to be conducted from December 2019 to June 2020 at all India level.
As per the schedule, the joint entrance examination (main), the first of the two-stage examination to join IITs, will be conducted in January and April. “The first spell will be conducted from January 6 to 11 and second spell will be conducted from April 3 to 9,” it said.
Except NEET, all other exams including joint entrance exam (main) and UGC NET will be held as computer based test. TNN
