Official caught talking during national anthem

A railway official at the Chennai Central station was caught on video talking on the phone while the national anthem was being played during the Republic Day celebrations on Saturday.
In the video that has gone viral on social media, the official is seen saluting the national flag, while the national anthem was being played. He’s seen taking out a cellphone from his pocket and talking while his right hand is still in salute mode.
Sources in the Railway Protection Force (RPF) identified the official as Ravikumar, deputy station master (operating) at the station. Officials did not clarify if any action was initiated against him. TNN
