Soon, train to connect Tambaram with Jodhpur

Indian Railways has announced a new weekly express train between Bhagat ki Kothi (Jodhpur) and Tambaram.
The inaugural fully air-conditioned Humsafar Express will leave Bhagat Ki Kothi at 1pm on May 14 and reach Tambaram at 10.00am on May 16. It has 16 AC-three tier coaches and will stop at Jodhpur, Phulera, Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur, Kota, Guna, Ashok Nagar, Bina, Bhopal, Itarsi, Nagpur, Balharshah, Warangal, Vijayawada, Gudur and Chennai Egmore.
Services will commence from Tambaram on May 18 and from Bhagat ki Kothi on May 23 with train no.14815 Bhagat Ki Kothi – Tambaram Humsafar weekly express leaving Bhagat Ki Kothi at 3.30pm on Wednesdays to reach Tambaram at 10.45am on Fridays. Train no.14816 Tambaram – Bhagat Ki Kothi will leave Tambaram at 7.15pm on Fridays and reach Bhagat Ki Kothi at 7.30pm on Sundays. Advance reservations will start on May 13. TNN
