Counselling for admission to self-financing medical colleges under management quota has been extended by two more days as 128 more seats are left vacant, state selection committee secretary G Selvarajan said. On Tuesday, the committee called 3,612 candidates and 693 attended counselling. Of these 286 students were allotted seats and 407 were waitlisted. On Monday, of 422 students who attended, 101 students were allotted seats and 321 others were waitlisted. TNN
