Hyderabad: The director of health and medical education, Dr P. Srinivas, has asked the NTR Health University not to consider the theses of the doctors who are on strike. If their theses, which involves research carried out over six months, is not accepted, the doctors will not be allowed to write their exams.

This will mean they will have wasted this year.
The doctors have been warned that action will be taken against them under provisions of the Essential Services and Maintenance Act.
