In a huge relief to students belonging to the Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) category, the High Court of Karnataka on Tuesday said that those who have secured ranks in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) are eligible for MBBS and BDS seats under management quota in all deemed universities across the country. A Division Bench comprising Justice H.G. Ramesh and Justice S.
