Award for diabetologist

Senior diabetologist V. Seshiah became first Indian to be honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the International Diabetes Federation Congress in Abu Dhabi recently. The federation has members from 170 countries. Dr. Seshiah is the Pro-Chancellor of Maher University and founder of Dr. V. Seshiah and Dr.V. Balaji Diabetes Care Centre. He is a professor with Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University.
