Sastra university to conduct free online prep exams
Chennai: Sastra (deemed university) is organising free online preparatory exams for various medical and engineering competitive tests for Class XII students across Tamil Nadu.
Three exams will be conducted online at various centres across the state on January 20, February 18 and April
22. Registration process has to be done online, while allotment will be carried out on first-come-first-served basis. The initiative aims at helping around 10,000 students taking JEE or NEET exams in the state.
Students can choose medical or engineering or both options for taking the exams. Registration starts on January 5 and ends by January 16. Preference will be given to students from government and government-aided schools, while adequate provision will be made for other students as well, a release said.
