Jipmer PG entrance results announced

First counselling to be held on June 14

The results of the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research entrance examination for admission to MD/MS and D.M./M.Ch/PDF courses have been declared.

Jipmer has posted the results on its website (www.jipmer.edu.in) and displayed them at at its academic centre.

A total of 12,811 students had applied for MD/MS, 1,494 students had applied for D.M./M.Ch. and 413 students had applied for PDF Entrance Examination. Of these, 9,564 appeared for MD/MS, 1,075 appeared for D.M./M.Ch. and 253 appeared for PDF.

The number of seats to be filled for MD/MS course is 117, D.M./M.Ch. 19 seats and PDF course is 25 seats for the July 2017 session.

The first counselling for eligible candidates for MD/MS under various categories will be held at Jipmer auditorium on June 14 from 9 a.m. The merit list for DM/MCH and PDF will be available in Jipmer website and at the academic centre. Short-listed candidates have to report on June 9 at the mini auditorium, Academic Centre, JIPMER.
