Panel fixes fees for Pondy med colleges

The fee committee constituted under Madras high court judge justice S Rajeswaran has fixed the fees structure temporarily for the postgraduate medical and dental courses under government and management quotas for 2017-18 in three private medical colleges cum hospitals in Puducherry .The committee fixed `5.5 lakh as fee for postgraduate medical courses (clinical) and `4.5 lakh for postgraduate medical courses (nonclinical) under government quota and `14 lakh for postgraduate medical courses (clinical) and ` 6 lakh for postgraduate medical courses (non-clinical) under management quota in Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital and Sri Venkateswaraa Medical College and Hospital.
