INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL

PUBLIC NOTICE   
   29th July,2016        
   It has come to the notice of Indian Nursing Council that certain unscrupulous elements posing themselves as Private Agents/Consultants/Liaison Officers claiming to be close to the Staff and Officers of Indian Nursing Council contact managements of various Nursing Institutions assuring them of getting recognition/permission of the Council to conduct Nursing courses. Be it be known to all concerned that Indian Nursing Council as a policy decision does not entertain or enter into any correspondence with any Private Agents/Consultants/Liaison Officers on behalf of Nursing Institutions. Managements of Nursing Institutions are also warned to be careful and not to encourage these Private Agents/Consultants/Liaison Officers for any such grievances. Public at large is requested to intimate the Council of the names and addresses of these unscrupulous Private Agents/Consultants/Liaison Officers, so that necessary action can be taken to eliminate this menace. The Indian Nursing Council assures all stakeholders that all the grievances including grant of permission/recognition/suitability are dealt with strictly in accordance Indian Nursing Council Act and rules, regulations and guidelines issued on the subject. The Indian Nursing Council Act 1947 as also the Rules, regulations and guidelines for information to all concerned. Accordingly all concerned are hereby advised to contact the offices of the Council at New Delhi in regard to all their grievances either through post/mail or in person during visiting hours (3PM to 5PM) every day and not to ventilate their grievances through Private agents/Consultants/Liaison Officers.
