Distribution of applications to the five-and-half-year undergraduate courses for academic year 2015-2016 offered under the Indian systems of medicine began on Monday at various government colleges in the State.
Forms will be issued till July 24 at all the government Indian medical system colleges on the Indian Medicine Campus in Arumbakkam besides government colleges in Palayamkottai, Madurai and Nagarcoil. Applications can also be downloaded from www.tnhealth.org.
Applicants must provide a request letter along with a DD for Rs. 500 drawn in favour of ‘The Director of Indian Medicine and homoeopathy, Chennai 106’ from any nationalised bank on or after June 29 payable at Chennai.
No application fee will be charged for SC, SCA and ST candidates provided they submit a written request along with self-attested photostat copies of the community certificate and Plus-Two mark sheet.
