Registration for nursing candidates
Candidates who have completed post basic B.Sc. (Nursing) course in Indira Gandhi National Open University from the following 5 study centres prior to 2012 are approved by the State Government, Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council and Indian Nursing Council to register with the TN Council.
The centres are: College of Nursing, Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Coimbatire; M.A. Chidambaram College of Nursing, Chennai; Sri Adhiparasakthi College of Nursing, Kancheepuram; Saveetha College of Nursing, Chennai and Madras Medical College, Chennai. The candidates are directed to approach the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council in Mylapore. Now the registrations are being carried out, following a government order said S. Ani Grace Kalaimathi, registrar of the Council.
