PUBLIC NOTICE..DCI website

PUBLIC NOTICE

It has consistently been observed by the DCI that numerous anonymous/pseudonymous complaints are being received either through emails or by post even without substantiating any allegations leveled therein by any documentary proof or otherwise and as such, it is not feasible for the Council to ascertain the veracity of the facts and credentials of the complainant.

In order to cope with such situations, the Central Vigilance Commission vide its order dated 26.06.1999 has already taken a decision to not to take any action on such anonymous/pseudonymous petition/complaints in terms of the Resolution No. 371/20/99·AVD.1II dated 04.04.1999 issued by the Department of Personnel & Training.

In view of the above, and in order to avoid unnecessary correspondences and uncalled for tension to the persons in respect of whom such anonymous/pseudonymous petitions/complaints are made, it is brought to the notice of the public at large that no such anonymous/pseudonymous petition/complaint shall be entertained and considered, nor any action shall be taken by the Dental Council of India on it.

This issues with the approval of the Executive Committee of the DCI in its meeting (at Agenda No.13(1)) held on 15.10.2015 ~ (M.L. Meena) Secretary Ilc Dental Council of India
